I don't know why I have to hurt so bad

and why I have to have all these bad feelings

and the feeling of no strength and no holding me together

I'm usually still when I need to be

but I'm getting tired of being still because it does not feel good anymore

I feel like I need to move and that feels right because I don't want to just do nothing
