I do not know why I am asking for ...

I do not know why I am asking for prayer because I do not even think I believe in God anymore. I am cracking up, having a breakdown. Too much stuff at once. I can not sleep, and I have to be up early tomorrow. I just woke up my friend. I was leaving him a message on FB to read tomorrow, and he told me, "I'm sleeping. Stop." I apologized profusely. Do not understand how leaving message would wake him up.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. Your friend needs to move his cell phone or computer away from him and/or turn down the volume while he sleeps! It isn't your fault that he was awakened by a beep or alert. I put my phone in a different room (and I don't have any alerts sent to my phone either). Anyway, that is totally within his own control, not yours.
