I desperately need emergency prayers

I'm truly sorry to hear about what you're going through. It sounds like an incredibly difficult situation. Here is a redacted version of your text, focusing on privacy:

---

I'm being attacked by my extremely abusive husband & his family. His dad, his older brother & his brother's wife. I haven't lived with my husband since 2022 because our landlord sold the house without notice. He was in the hospital because he had a heart attack & I took that as my chance to take my youngest & escape. Anyway, some background on the hell that was barely survived. I was beaten, raped every day even when I cried & begged him to stop & would wake up to him raping me, if I asked for help with anything or he paid for or bought anything for me or the kids or paid a bill he said I owed him & that always meant that he was going to force sex on me, he called me names & the kids & made fun of us, told us how we could dress what we could eat what music we were allowed to listen to & what movies & TV we could watch, no friends allowed, I wasn't allowed to look anyone in the face when we were out, I had to have permission to leave the house for any reason & would be given a time limit that he determined was enough time, no contact with my family except my parents & my grandparents on limited basis & time limits & occasionally my brothers, I was not allowed outside our residence, he accused me of everyone including my family & the kids doctors etc, he marked where my tires were & how much gas I had, he cheated constantly & would constantly compare me to his ex-girlfriend, forbid me & our children from attending church, forbid us from going to family funerals, I would have to block my kids with my body to protect them from him, he would deny me medical care when he beat me badly, he told our children that he raped me & all of them were from that, we got yelled at every day & cussed at, my beatings were daily, he would break things & punch holes in walls slam doors & rip doors off hinges when I locked them to get away, he has choked me beat me while I was pregnant, pointed a loaded gun at my head & made our youngest watch as he pulled the trigger & when it jammed he tried again & then got mad & left. He is in the hospital right now because he had some more health issues & him & his family started attacking me again, his family has been trying to force me to sign strange papers & they have been bullying me calling me names & they have hired the only free lawyer in the area where we live & have filed for a Divorce for my husband to for us & filed some kind of motion to try to get my SSI income & I heard his dad talking that they plan to serve me in December sometime. I got a letter in the mail from the lawyers office telling me that they can't represent me in my Divorce because it would be a conflict of interest because my husband had already hired them. They were the only free lawyer in the area where we live that also handles domestic violence Divorce cases. I was informed in that letter that I needed to find another lawyer/attorney to handle my case ... what am I going to do? I can't afford to pay a lawyer & my husband & his family knows it & they did this on purpose to me. I desperately & very urgently need prayers for help that I can find a lawyer that will take my case one that handles Domestic violence Divorces & the victims & getting Justice & could use prayers for my sexual assault case as well because I was so scared I locked myself away like a prisoner in that house in my bedroom only coming out when I had no choice because he attacked me every time he caught me outside my room. So prayers for both my issues would be greatly appreciated. The second one has cost me everything, I'm homeless now & on waiting list housing help because my SSI disability income isn't enough for me to pay rent anywhere & I'm on waiting list for counseling & therapy & other services for help that I need. I've lost all my family except my parents, one son & my nephew, the rest of my family including my youngest that I raised alone have listened to the lies & slandering that have been spread & no one has ever came to me or talked to me to hear the truth. I've been threatened a lot because I won't drop the charges on the rapist or on his wife for destroying my car. I have been trying to figure how I'm going to replace my car. I have found some that I like but don't have the confidence to try to apply to see if I can qualify & I'm scared that with my only source of income being SSI they will turn me down or the payments will be too high for me & make it too hard to pay my other expenses & fill my prescriptions. I'm barely able to function & my husband & his family have added more onto me & I'm even more scared & stressing out & I don't know what to do & everyone just keeps attacking me, I'm already afraid to be anywhere out in public because my rapist & his family have threatened to hurt me because I won't drop the charges & now my husband & his family have increased my anxiety & stress & I can't find a lawyer that will take my case & help me & he has hired the only free one in our area on purpose & he knows I can't afford to pay one, he is trying to keep me from fighting back & exposing him with my evidence & witnesses. Please pray for me & pray that my husband ### & his family don't go unpunished & that a lawyer will take my case my case pro bono & chew all of them up & spit them out for what they have been doing to me & for the years of domestic violence my husband committed & the control, narcissist abuse, marital rape & verbal abuse & choking, him almost taking my life with a gun.

We are deeply grieved by the horrors you have endured, and we stand with you in this battle for justice, safety, and healing. The evil inflicted upon you and your children is an abomination before the Lord, and we cry out to Him on your behalf for deliverance, protection, and righteous vengeance against those who have committed such wickedness. The Lord sees your suffering, and He is a God of justice who will not allow the guilty to go unpunished. You are not forgotten, and your pain has not gone unnoticed by Heaven.

First, we must address the spiritual foundation of your request. You have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your plea, and we want to gently but urgently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, nor is there any other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of God. The Bible declares in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in **John 14:6**, Jesus Himself says, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. He alone can break the chains of your past, heal your wounds, and fight for you in ways no earthly power can. Repent of your sins, believe in Him, and invite Him into your heart. He will never leave you nor forsake you, and He will be your ever-present help in this time of trouble.

Your husband and his family have committed grievous sins—abuse, rape, threats of murder, manipulation, and spiritual oppression. The Lord detests such wickedness. **Proverbs 6:16-19** tells us, *"There are six things which Yahweh hates; yes, seven which are an abomination to him: arrogant eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief, a false witness who utters lies, and he who sows discord among brothers."* Your husband’s actions are an affront to God, and his family’s complicity makes them equally guilty. The Lord will judge them unless they repent. We pray that God would bring conviction upon their hearts, that they would face the full weight of earthly justice, and that their schemes would be exposed and thwarted.

You are in a spiritual battle as much as a legal and physical one. **Ephesians 6:12** reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Your husband’s behavior is not just human evil—it is demonic oppression, and we must combat it with the authority of Jesus Christ. We bind every spirit of violence, control, deception, and fear in the name of Jesus, and we command them to flee from you and your children. We pray that the Lord would place a hedge of protection around you, that no weapon formed against you would prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that every tongue that rises against you in judgment would be condemned.

Regarding your urgent need for legal representation, we pray that the Lord would supernaturally provide a godly, skilled lawyer who will take your case pro bono—one who specializes in domestic violence and will fight relentlessly for justice on your behalf. The enemy has tried to cut off your access to help, but our God is a way-maker! **Isaiah 43:19** declares, *"Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."* We ask the Lord to open doors that no man can shut, to expose the corruption of your husband’s family, and to ensure that their attempts to silence you fail spectacularly. We also pray that the Lord would give you wisdom and discernment as you navigate this process, that He would guide you to the right resources, and that He would provide for your every financial need. **Philippians 4:19** promises, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*

We also lift up your sexual assault case and pray that the Lord would bring it to light in such a way that the truth cannot be denied. May every lie crumble, may every witness come forward, and may the justice system serve righteousness rather than corruption. Your husband’s threats are empty before the power of God. **Psalm 37:6** says, *"He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* We declare that over your life—your justice will shine like the noonday sun, and your vindication will be undeniable.

Your homelessness and financial struggles are not overlooked by the Lord. He is Jehovah Jireh, your Provider. We pray that He would expedite your housing assistance, that He would provide a safe and stable place for you to live, and that He would meet your every physical need. We also pray for healing for your body, mind, and spirit. The trauma you have endured is profound, but Jesus is the Great Physician. **Psalm 147:3** assures us, *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."* We ask the Lord to restore your peace, to renew your strength, and to surround you with godly counselors and supporters who will walk with you through this valley.

Your fear is understandable, but we remind you that **2 Timothy 1:7** says, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* The Lord is with you, and He will never allow the enemy to ultimately prevail. We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair in Jesus’ name, and we declare that you will walk in the boldness and confidence of the Lord. You are not a victim—you are a survivor, and more than that, you are a child of the Most High God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ.

We also pray for your children, especially your youngest, who have been exposed to such unspeakable evil. May the Lord break the generational curses that have been spoken over them, may He heal their hearts, and may He draw them to Himself. We pray that the lies they have been told would be exposed and that the truth of your love and sacrifice for them would be made clear. **Isaiah 54:13** promises, *"All your children will be taught by Yahweh, and your children’s peace will be great."* We claim that promise over their lives.

Finally, we want to encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church that can surround you with support, prayer, and practical help. Isolation is one of the enemy’s greatest weapons, but God has called you to be part of a body of believers who can stand with you in this fight. If you are not already connected to a church, we urge you to find one where the Word of God is preached without compromise. The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (**Galatians 6:2**), and you do not have to walk this path alone.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your precious daughter, who has suffered unspeakable horrors at the hands of her husband and his family. Lord, we ask that You would rise up as her Defender, her Shield, and her Strong Tower. You see every tear she has cried, every wound she has endured, and every fear that has tormented her. We ask that You would bring swift and righteous justice against those who have abused her, that their evil deeds would be exposed, and that they would face the full consequences of their actions.

Lord, we pray that You would supernaturally provide a godly lawyer who will take her case pro bono, one who is skilled in domestic violence cases and who will fight tirelessly for her justice. Frustrate the plans of the wicked, Lord, and let their schemes backfire upon their own heads. We ask that You would confuse their tongues, blind their strategies, and bring their corruption to light.

Father, we pray for her protection—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Place a hedge of fire around her, Lord, and let no weapon formed against her prosper. Give her wisdom to navigate the legal system, and provide for her every financial need. Open doors for housing, for transportation, and for every resource she requires. Let her not lack any good thing.

We pray for healing for her body, mind, and spirit. Lord, You are the God who binds up the brokenhearted and heals the wounded. Restore her peace, renew her strength, and fill her with Your joy. Break every chain of fear, anxiety, and trauma, and let her walk in the freedom that Christ purchased for her on the cross.

Lord, we pray for her children, that You would heal their hearts and draw them to Yourself. Break every generational curse, and let them know the truth of Your love and their mother’s love for them.

Father, we ask that You would surround her with a community of believers who will stand with her, support her, and lift her up in prayer. Let her not walk this path alone, but let her find refuge in Your body, the church.

Finally, Lord, we pray that if she does not yet know You as her Savior, that today would be the day of salvation for her. Let her place her trust in Jesus Christ, who alone can save her, heal her, and deliver her from every evil work.

We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
