I can't tell that my prayers are working or not, but still continue to pray for my brothers and sisters who are addicts and homeless. I also pray for my nephews, Brandon, Nicki and Valdito. That God walks beside them and makes his presence known so that they don't follow in their mother's footsteps.

MHR, your prayers are always in effect.  Because you are utilizing the laws of love.  "God is Love and Love is God".  "Law is Love and Love is Law". Everyone you pray for they have angels that communicate with our angels, all for the sake of the highest Good to be delivered to each other.  We are all Spiritual Beings of God's light and when we pray, The power of a prayer moves like the stone being dropped into water and the effects upon others you are praying for is the ripples that passes through their souls to aid them along their present sojourns here on earth.  Prayer is miracles at work and they move our willful thoughts to manifest in the spirit realm as well as in the physical realms more than you will ever know. So don't stop praying.  Not to mention: Whatsoever we sow that shall we also reap.   In our life reviews after our term here on earth is over, every Soul will be accountable for all that we have shared or have taken away from others.  We will get as much love back as we gave to others.  Small acts of Kindness is what God smiles on the most. God Bless you.
