I ask the Holy Spirit to come and pray with us, to pray for us, and to walk with us, guiding our every step. Lord, as I read over these prayers, my spirit, my soul, weeps, the brokenness, pain, destruction, the cries for your help, the hope, faith and trust poured out before you, believing, against all odds, against what is going on, against what is seen, hope, in the hopelessness of the moment, reaching out to the One and only God, for relief, help, your touch. Father, Abba, have mercy, move these mountains, part these seas, resurrect these lives, breathe life back into us, glorify Your Son, that You are Glorified, Amen
