O Lord! You know ### heart! She is so oppressed on all sides that she quite often wants to end her life! Life has become hopeless and she sees no way out. Lord, Your word says that her body is Your temple and as such she has no authority over her life and body. Yet Lord, she is unable to resist this suicidal tendency. Strengthen her heart and remove all suicidal thoughts and any attempts she has made to take her own life. Lord, Satan is a thief and comes to steal, kill, and destroy. Make her choose You, Lord Jesus, as her Master who came to give her life and bless her abundantly. Remove all her harmful thoughts and forgive her for nursing such thoughts. I believe that her times are in Your precious hands and that there is always hope in Christ. Thank You Lord for taking over her soul, her body, and her life. In Jesus Name I pray. Amen.

###, daughter of God, thank you first of all for asking for prayer! God hears and knows the needs of His children. When one is alone it is often difficult to cope with what is going on around us and still try to maintain a good balance with the other things that make us tick. When one reaches an all-time low with feelings of depression, suicidal thoughts, etc. that is the first indication that the adversary, satan (small "s"), is taking full advantage of the situation. We must not let him!

The deceiver likes to instill thoughts of suicide and pain to the people of God. That is because he is the antithesis of those who are of God. We must pray for this situation to be REMOVED in the name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There is not a moment to lose.

† Dear Lord Father, in the Name of Jesus your only begotten Son we come to thee in prayer for ### who is undergoing an enormous test of her strength, faith, and hope. We pray to thee merciful Father, that you remove the adversary's grip on ###'s thoughts and bring her to a safe place filled with compassion and love. We ask thee today Father to have mercy on ###, one of your daughters of whom you created. She is alone and with little to no help and feels vulnerable. We pray Lord, give her Strength and Stamina to cope with these lessons that she is undergoing. Dearest ###, you hang in there, keep praying and know you are being prayed for, and that God hears your prayers. I hear and feel your pain, and believe me, have had my share of it the last 2 years. I am a mom, too, and thought about suicide. I was in therapy and my therapist recommended that I commit myself to a psychiatric ward. But I have a child to raise: what a gift and honor to raise a child, even though it can be difficult at times.

Pray, meditate, go for walks, keep asking for support, only be around positive people (you don't need negative ones - they are not your friends and are not seeking the light of God), be grateful for what you have (writing it down helped me), and know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, because there truly is. Sometimes we go through hard times to learn things that God knows we need to learn.

I suspect that you may have had a difficult childhood, leading to your choices in men that leave you hurt and unhappy. I have not sought a relationship until I know I am firmly planted and feeling good about me.

You are NOT alone. God is with you, ready to talk if you can quiet your mind, which is very hard to do when you are filled with so much anxiety and pain.

God is with you, I am with you and so are many others. We are connected through God. Please choose life now as you have much to live for; life is a precious gift from God as are your children. You are in my prayers and you are loved.

I feel already little bit better in fact, You are right I think I had problems in my childhood that don't allow me to choose the right kind of men for me (in fact I'm depressed since 20 years), and you understood me well.

 

Lord please make this Christian realize she has the power to change her life. Please give her faith and remember the body is the Lord's. The Lord put you here for a reason and your body is the Lord's, so try to serve Him and take care of your body. Serving God is a good way to get over depression and increase your self-esteem. Believe in the Lord and He will heal all. Friends are plentiful on this website. Use it and give faith a chance. Keep applying for jobs; maybe commit yourself to a job service center who could help you to write some resumes and become the well-adjusted adult you are with true faith in God and yourself.
