I am suffering from benign brain tumor diagnosed in August 2003 and
hard of hearing in both ears. And also suffering from kidney stone for the past 1 month. I wish to buy one plot to construct a house but
there are some hurdles by the relative of the plot owner. The relative
of the owner evade us and misguide the owner to sell the plot to
