I am struggling with accepting Gods will for my life. I want to come closer to God and do his will, and I need strength to do his will because I feel my flesh resisting. I would like to perhaps be an artist for God but I pray his will be done. I need prayer to do what I need to do to be a real Christian. I also would like prayers to be more spiritually minded.

The word of God tells us to " Submit to God , resist the devil and he will flee " if you want a closer relationship with the Lord then read His word , that way you will know His character and He will speak to you and give you His wisdom and direction concerning your life . Remember that God gave everyone a free will and we have choices to make in this life whether they are right or wrong , there will be no excuses when we stand before a Holy God on how we lived our life .
