I am so terribly depressed. I hide it well— go to work, go to lunch with friends, help others when I can. But I am so down, I can’t function unless it’s to fulfill an outside obligation. I don’t let anyone in my house because I don’t want them to see how cluttered it has become. I need a healing touch.
