I am so depressed. I think that no one

P.Cynthia Prabhu

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. It's important to reach out for support during such times. Please consider talking to a trusted friend, family member, or a mental health professional who can provide you with the help and support you need. Remember, you are not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.

We can pray and your depression will go away. But if the root cause of your depression is not dealt with, then depression will most likely come back. Here is an article on depression by Dr. Mercola you may be interested in.

Hosea 4:6King James Version (KJV)

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee

Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and we should be taking care of them. The food available on the store shelves these days is filled with chemicals and sugars harmful to our bodies. Just because it is on the store shelf does not mean it is safe and not harmful to our bodies. Where do you think the increase in diabetes is coming from?

The best way to change your circumstances around you and to have the people around you do some changing is found in this verse of the Bible, the Word. Submit your son into the hands of God, leave him on His altar, and then you get into His Word, especially the New Testament. The Lord wants to bless you and He and His angels will work very hard on your son so that you shall be blessed in your son. But you have to leave your son on the altar of God and not take him back and worry about him.

Proverbs 4:20-23 (ASV)
20 My son, attend to my words; Incline thine ear unto my sayings.
21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thy heart.
22 For they are life unto those that find them, And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life.

You, your flesh, your family will all be affected if "you" will make Jesus and God your main focus in life. Read the Word daily, especially the New Testament. Read it, memorize passages, speak passages aloud, meditate on the Words you have read. Sing praise songs, worship the Lord, and love others around you. Love them like Jesus does and says to do. When you do these things the people around you, your family, shall change. Keep your focus on Jesus, the Father, and the Holy Spirit.

In the name of Jesus, I bless you with the life of God. God loves you very very much, and that is what counts. Be blessed.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
