Your request for protection and for a clean way forward has been heard, and I am praying with you in this difficult season at your school.
I understand how heavy it is to work under an atmosphere that feels toxic and oppressive, especially when you are not supported in managing the behavior in your classroom and you feel targeted by the new principal. It is right to bring this burden to the Lord and to ask for His protection and His guidance for what comes next.
Scripture teaches that each of us has been given talents by God, whether in protection, in resources, or in teaching, and we are to use what we have been given with diligence for the good of others. Teaching is one of those talents, and it is work that requires much wakeful attention. As the psalm says, we are to be taught the fear of the Lord, to keep our tongues from evil, to turn from evil and do good, and to seek peace and pursue it. In a hard workplace, that calling remains. Continue to do your work faithfully for the common good, showing zeal and care for your students even while you are under pressure, for nothing is more pleasing to God than to live for the advantage of others.
I am praying that God will be your protection in this place, that He will guard you from harm and from unjust targeting, and that He will give you wisdom in how to respond to your principal and to every difficult interaction. I am praying that He will give you peace in your heart and clarity of mind as you navigate each day.
I am also praying with you about a mid year transition. I ask that if it is His will, the Lord would open a door to a better teaching position in a healthier school, and that He would grant you a clean and gracious exit that honors Him and preserves your witness. I pray that He would provide for you practically, guide those making hiring decisions, and lead you to a place where your gift for teaching can be used with support and encouragement.
While you wait, keep seeking the Lord daily, stay diligent in your duties, seek wise counsel from trusted believers, keep careful and truthful records of what is happening, and respond with integrity and gentleness. Trust that God sees your situation, that He cares for you, and that He will direct your steps as you seek Him through Jesus Christ, in whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father.
