We join you in prayer for protection and for God's clear direction regarding this teaching position, and we thank you for sharing this burden with us.
We hear the weight of what you are carrying in this third year at your school, the oppressive and toxic atmosphere under new leadership, the lack of support with student behavior, and the sense of being targeted. God sees what is happening and He cares deeply about your well being and your calling as a teacher. We are reminded that He is our refuge and strength.
We pray together for your protection and for wisdom for your next steps. Psalm 91:1-2 says, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. And Psalm 121:7-8 says, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We ask the Lord to be that refuge over you daily, to guard your heart and mind, your reputation and your work, and to shield you from any unjust targeting.
We also lift up your desire for a clean exit mid-year to a better teaching position in a healthier school. We pray that if it is His will, He would open that door clearly and provide that new position in His perfect timing. Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. James 1:5 says, But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We ask God to give you wisdom to navigate every interaction with your principal with grace and integrity, to document what is needed, to seek wise counsel, and to know when to stay and when to step away. Romans 8:28 reminds us, We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose, and we trust He can use even this difficult season for your good and for His glory.
We encourage you to continue to work heartily as for the Lord even in this hard place, as Colossians 3:23 says, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, while also guarding your heart against bitterness. Jesus calls us to a higher response when we feel mistreated. Matthew 5:44 says, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. And Romans 12:19 says, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. We pray for your principal as well, that God would soften that heart and bring just and godly leadership to that school, and that you would be released from any spirit of fear or oppression.
We noticed your request asked of God but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently encourage you in this. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and to bring every prayer to God in His name.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and lift up this teacher to You. You see the toxicity and the oppression, You see the lack of support and the feeling of being targeted, and You know the desire for a clean and honorable exit. We ask for Your divine protection over mind, body, spirit and reputation. Cover this dear one in the shadow of Your wing and let no weapon formed against them prosper. Grant wisdom for every conversation and decision, provide guidance and open the right door for a new teaching position at the right time, and let that new school be a place of health, support, and joy in the calling You have given. Give peace that surpasses understanding while waiting, and help to extend grace even to those who cause hurt, trusting You as the righteous judge. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our refuge and our provider, amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
