I am mentally struggling

DO NOT try to own negative, unwanted, false thoughts.

It's the enemy, the devil, sending these arrows at you, waiting for you to catch hold of that and overpower you.

The devil is the father of lies, deceiver, and tempter.

Why should you own something which is not yours and get worried in thought spiral? If you try to own it, it will turn into a habit and later on into sadness.

Do not trust one's own FLESH; it's a fallen one, but trust your spirit, one with Almighty Lord Yeshuva. You will start rejoicing with peace and joy and be free from the unwanted thoughts trying to creep into your mind.

Submit yourself to God; resist these thoughts, throw it back to the devil, let him own it; the devil will run for his life. Be FREE.

Also, to purify your heart and to be with the Lord, do confess and repent of your sins before the Lord. The Lord will forgive your sins and will heal your heart.

The Lord wants you to lead a holy life, be happy and at peace.
