Good and Faithful Servant
I am living on acreage. It is owned by asian people. The previous real estate agent had problems with getting basic problems with the house addressed. The owners' response has been the change real estate agents to stave off expenditure to address needed repairs. I had no lights for 2 months. I had to clean paddocks bit by bit before permitting live stock to graze there. Internal fencing rusting through. One section fell onto one of my horses. I have rotting floor boards, chamfer boards, fascia boards, rotting wood sheds. In one the hinges do not hold the door - it has been left standing propped up by rocks. The boundary fencing has been damaged by druggie neighbours (renters that have been raided by police with minimal results) I cant store belongings in the sheds. I can't use one paddock having nearly lost a horse to the rubbish across the fence, and the trespassing by druggies - I would find limping horses and garden rakes, spades, iron bars, mouldy white bread, cigarette lighters, pinecones covered with white powder like substance. I have been repeatedly abused by the druggies across the fence - I do ignore them and do not respond to them. I have heard this place was empty for 6 months before I took it on. I understand from others that the druggies are wanting me out so they can have free access to the sheds for meth labs. I repeatedly experience sickening smells coming from the druggie property. Unable to have real estate to complain to; they are leased to a trust. Dog proof fencing has been removed by druggie neighbours. Lots of poly styrene in paddock from a shed used for drugs. I have been praying for the total removal of the druggie neighbours and for people with christian values to replace them. My good neighbours have had golf balls hit down through their property and have little children that can be harmed. One night, whilst husband was working, the power was turned off. She had to go out to the power box and found a chair in front of the same. She quickly returned to house and locked the door. She is intimidated by the druggie leaseholder who does slow drive bys and maintains intimidating eye contact with her. I have worked evening and night shifts, but have become fearful of coming through my property gate after dark because of the druggies. I am now limited to working in day light hours and this limits my chance to get a decent income. I am up to date with my rent. My real estate is ignoring my emailed requests to achieve maintenance to this house and fencing. I have four months left in my current lease. I would like to be compensated for the losses I have sustained living in this place. I have spent $50,000 just trying to live and make up income losses because of these druggie neighbours and their intimidation tactics against myself. They have tried to poison my dog; the vet discovered this, and coupled with the druggie neighbours repeated attempts to call my dog to the fence and confuse the dog with who controls it. (Police educated me). The druggie neighbours have a history of attacking neighbours, not just me, previous tenants have been tormented by these druggies. I am a woman living alone on acreage with livestock and pets. My cat was stolen and found 4 hours north of a town that is 2 hours drive away from here. He was terribly abused. The animal protection society told me I had to keep him inside because he couldn't survive being outside. I have seen these druggies walking through my property on camera. I really need these druggie people to be gone completely. I also need a property of my own that we can live in in peace and all livestock and myself to feel safe and secure.
