I am ###.. I am in very very sad

I am ###.. I am in very very sad situation God... Last year in January I had an ectopic pregnancy and medically terminated in March first week. Then I again became pregnant now my last menstrual period date was ###/###/####. Then went for first scanning on ###/###/#### the scanning showed no signs of pregnancy in my uterus but urine and blood test showed positive results. The doctor asked me to do re scanning after two weeks then the result showed only gestational sac no baby or no yolk sac or no fetal pole or nothing inside gestational sac it was empty gestational sac. Then doctor asked me to wait for two weeks n do rescanning again the scanning report showed empty gestational sac. Then I dint consult doctor because of worrying whether doctor will ask me to do D&C. So I took a decision to wait for few days n scan again today I scanned again the result was again empty gestational sac. Now I am planning to consult another doctor tomorrow or day after tomorrow.. My prayer is that at least in the next visit to doctors should give me positive results, I should be able to see my baby in next scanning. I want to know whether I will be able to see a healthy baby in next ultrasound scanning with healthy heart beat and growth. Whether can I hope for the best? Plz help me.
