Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Lord, draw near to them now.
We pray for their workplace, Father. Give them wisdom, strength, and favor with their colleagues. Help them to walk in integrity and to be a light for You, even in difficult environments. Your Word says in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* Lord, direct their steps and give them clarity in their tasks.
We also ask for godly relationships in their life, Father. Surround them with believers who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their situation. Help them to find fellowship in a local church where they can grow in their faith and be supported by the body of Christ. Your Word says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."*
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with hope and remind them of Your promises. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Renew their mind with Your truth and give them the strength to face each day with courage.
