I am going through a very rough patch in my life. I have no one who will be there for me. No one cares. I'm bewildered right now. My old bestie and my ex lied to me. They messed around. I'm being gaslit. I'm truly not okay. I'm sick and I'm heartbroken. I can't sleep. I don't know what to do. I am lost.
