I am getting severe headaches. Black particles fall

I am getting severe headaches. Black particles fall on my face, sugar & salt. Sometimes I remove it but at times I miss it. We get severe stomach burning and stomach upsets.
During prayer & Bible reading apart from this black particles, something falls at the tip of my nose & irritating. So my prayer gets distracted. How will we come out of all these witchcraft powers. Lord help us & deliver us.
