Our faith in God is not strong enough that is why we need intercessors to unitedly storm heavens. Whenever you are struggling say under your breath what David said in the Bible, ‘the battle is not mine, it is the Lord’s’. Just surrender everything to God and be at peace knowing that your daddy in heaven has heard you and is working on you.

Do not concentrate on this darkness in your life. You may be surrounded by darkness but there is a light right in front of you. That light is Jesus and the darkness is what the devil is creating to show his power over you. That is why it is very important that you look only towards the light every single second whether you are doing good or bad. Find encouragement in what is written in the Gospel of John - “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it."

You have spoken honestly about a deep and painful burden, and the feeling that lust has ruined your life and still controls you is heavy to carry. It is good that you have brought this into the light, because God meets honest confession with mercy, and hopelessness is never the final word for those who turn to Him.

Scripture shows that lust is not quieted by feeding it more. Giving it more does not satisfy it, it strengthens it. The way to be free is not by addition but by taking away, by turning the mind away from what can never satisfy and teaching it to desire what is good and true. When the heart is convinced that this path cannot give life, it can begin to be drawn back toward purity. This is why indulgence never brings peace, it only makes the hunger worse.

God does not act toward you only to punish but to amend and restore. He is patient, and even when we fail He provides a way back through repentance. His desire is not to crush you but to cleanse you and make you whole. That is why there is still hope even when the past feels ruined. What has been broken can be rebuilt, but it is rebuilt steadily, not all at once.

Think of building a house or learning to read. A builder does not lay all the stones while the mortar is still wet, he lays a firm foundation and adds little by little so the wall will stand. A child learns letters first, then how to put them together, then how to read clearly. In the same way virtue is learned step by step. Do not try to overcome everything in a single moment and then despair when you stumble. Divide the work into clear and faithful steps. Learn first to cut off the sources that feed lust, to guard your eyes and your conversation, to avoid jesting and images and places that stir it up, to practice temperance with food and drink and rest, to keep your time occupied with good work and prayer. Join one small obedience to another and write them upon your soul day by day.

You were made to bear the image of God, to live as one who reflects His holiness, not to live as one driven without reason by desire. God has called us to purity, and He gives strength to those who are humble and quiet before Him and who tremble at His word. Pride says I can manage this alone, humility says I need Christ and I need His people.

There is a clear and historic way that God has given for our good. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and His blood is enough to forgive all sin to those who repent and trust Him. Sex and living together belong only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, and outside of that we are called to continence and self control by His grace. This is not to shame you but to show you the path that leads to life.

Turn to Christ today in simple repentance. Confess your sin to God without excuse, ask for His forgiveness through Jesus, and ask for a clean heart. Bring another trusted Christian into this struggle, a pastor or mature believer, for honest accountability and prayer. Stay in the Scriptures daily, even in small portions, and pray when temptation comes instead of arguing with it. Remove access to what causes you to fall, and fill that space with worship, work, and fellowship in the church. If you fall again, do not stay in hopelessness, get up quickly, confess, and continue walking.

God can still make your life new. He takes those who feel stained and enslaved and washes them and teaches them to walk in purity. You are not beyond His mercy. Keep seeking Him, keep taking the next faithful step, and trust that He who began a good work can finish it as you walk with Him day by day.
