I am currently in need of a job. My divorce settlement is still in progress. Since 2012 I have been struggling Financially. I do not have a skill. My education is limited. I have been a caregiver to a eighty six year old lady for the past three years but they , her children says that at year end they are putting her in a home for the age. This will leave me unemploy. Although I know what te scriptures says I am frightened. Please, I covet your prayers.

Don't be afraid - as a kind, safe, trustworthy caretaker, you can and will get another job - but you must start looking NOW. Get a letter of recommendation from the family NOW, it's hard to get people to send these after the fact. If the family is "too busy," draft your own letter and ask them to sign it. Meanwhile, get the word out that you will be available 1-1-2017...tell everyone you know, post a listing at the senior center/s, sign up with agencies, etc. Ask the current family to tell their friends (who also have elderly parents). Go, go, go!

I pray that God guides your steps and places you in an even better position than the one you have now.
