I Am Being Tormented By Evil Spirits

I am being tormented by evil spirits. It knows my thoughts and about my life. I feel that I need to know why this is happening so I can find the answer to make it stop. It comes as a vibration then it starts touching me and where it does touch me it causes pain. I was paralyzed as usual after a strong body tingle. The worst attack. This demon had a hold of my body, and was squeezing me to what I thought was death. All I could do is think, use my mind. So I started calling on Jesus to save me and he did instantly. Jesus gave me the strength to overcome, to reach down and remove the spirits' hands from me stopping the attack. Out of all the times I have been paralyzed by this spirit that was the first time I could move any part of my body. I tried to resist but an overpowering force held me. I had an encounter years ago in a haunted house. I never believed in such things until I experienced it. 1 year ago it made itself known to me. I was having issues with anger and unforgiveness because I was robbed, I have a hatred for thieves and I carried that anger, malice for too long, (that's not like me) I have searched for answers for 1 year and have found very little. It is tormenting me now for writing this. My question is could this be from God? a trial of fire? I never had such an attack, and I pray to the Lord to protect me and prevent any from happening to me. I just want to say that God doesn't make bad things happen. He allows it, yes, but God doesn't hurt people. He is pure love and never wishes harm to anyone.

Almighty Father, "But the You are faithful, and You will strengthen ### and protect him from the evil one." (2 Thess 3:3).

You are right, God does allow it. Many can't believe such a Loving God could and even I have trouble accepting this, but the Bible clearly states that God will never change. There are stories in the New Testament about people being tormented by Spirits, even the apostle Paul had what is described as a thorn, an evil spirit to torment him. What I don't understand is since we have a new covenant because of what Jesus did for us on the cross, you would think the Old Testament will not apply to us. We are not under the law; we are under the Grace of God, but it seems some of the Old Testament still does apply, some don't, and it's difficult to tell what does or what does not apply. So I have to be very careful. I think since it attacked me, I started to believe it had the power and authority to do so. The Bible says we are what we believe, so I might have given it power. All that depends on if this is a random act, but if it is because of my sin, that's a different story. Since this started, I have turned from my sins of the flesh. I forgave everyone that ever hurt me, I have repented, asked for forgiveness, mercy, wisdom, and understanding, but it continues. Why? I wish I knew.

Lord Jesus, I ask that you send St. Michael and his army of angels into this situation to protect us all and to protect and to defend this man from attack. Lord I ask that you grant him guidance over what to do and direct him to the appropriate Christians to deal with this situation for good. I thank you for empowering him to speak about his troubles and ask that you send your holy spirit into this situation right now. And meanwhile by the authority of Jesus Christ I command any evil spirits to depart and go straight to Jesus to deal with as he will. I pray this in Jesus name. Amen

The Lord your God has the higher authority, seek out Christian healing and possibly those skilled in generational healing and deliverance ministry. When you feel threatened pray that the Lord Jesus sends St. Michael and his army of angels and that the Holy Spirit washes through the place you are. And I ask anyone praying for this situation to add protection from the shed blood of Jesus Christ for all those praying into it in Jesus name. Including me and everyone in my household. Thanks.

Hello, Thank You for this Prayer for me. I have been to Christian Counseling for ### months when this first started. My Counselor was / is a local Doctor. I learned so much about scripture, he pointed out just about every Good one there is to encourage me. But not once did he acknowledge this Spirit and that is a key. We have to deny them always. I am not delusional but I have had ### Pastors that don't know me at all, after 1 conversation they say I have mental health issues. Then say it won't do any good for me to come over there (my home) because all I will do is upset it. My Pastor is afraid of upsetting it! ? I never went back to that church. I no longer feel the need to convince anyone what is happening to me is real. I have calmed down and have a routine of studying, prayer, etc., and I depend on God more than man now.

One of the biggest reasons I posted this is to find others who are having the same experience so we can help encourage each other and maybe find the reasons why it happens. I know that when I talk about, write about it, or whenever I think about this Spirit, it has a habit of showing up. Its favorite thing is to make a noise in my kitchen ### ft away. Now it happens much closer to me; the noise it makes to get my attention to let me know it's here, then it starts causing me Pain. I will suffer through this to help someone else.

i will pray for you,it sounds like you need a exorcism on the place you live or you perhaps.

Christians cannot be possessed by demons so no exorcism is needed. Christians can be Oppressed by Evil Spirits. This was happening before I moved to this home. An Evil Spirit is attached to me. Why? I don't know. Maybe because of my sin or a doubt I had about my salvation. Either way God is always in Control. He is allowing this to happen to me for reasons I don't understand yet.
