I am a ### year old male teenager. I am currently suffering from an anxiety disorder that has been fading away and coming back out of nowhere for the past ### year where I experience a tingling chest due to unnecessary and un-triggered anxiety. I am also going through an OCD symptom of sensorimotor obsession where I cannot stop thinking and trying to control my own breath. It is frustrating and depressing. Please pray for my mental healing and strength. I don't understand what's really going on right now with me, but please pray for me. Thank you.

I have a ### yr old son and it is so brave for you to write. First of all, my God take care of you. If you keep your eyes on the sparrow, he will....God will never leave you, always he is watching you. Try to think of greatness and the beauty of your life. Your being. In your spare time do this for me. Pray for my son, to be brave, to be confident in himself and to get great grades in school. Thank you. I think as you pray for others you will see a miracle in your prayers as well.

I admire you for trusting and believing in prayer. If you keep looking up and reaching out to God he will heal you. You obviously have faith. Say a prayer every time you feel this anxiety coming on and ask God to help you. Reach for the bible and read. Focus on what life will be like when you are healed in the name of Jesus. I am praying for you. God is already working, just trust him.
