I am a safety personnel in the construction field. I lost my job recently, not because of my performance in the company. My boss told me I might not join MTR projects as the client MTR gave me an adverse comment in the last MTR project in a previous company.

I think it is because in the last project my manager did not know the local practice, always gave tremendous workload; I tried to work hard and did not satisfy him. In addition, the manager also performed racial discrimination towards local people. He treated colleagues well but treated the local people poorly. So, they reported their view of my performance to MTR.

But after I changed jobs, the work conditions changed, and my work performance became normal. However, MTR is one of the largest clients. If I cannot join the MTR project, I lose many job opportunities. Please ask God to waive the adverse comment from MTR, so I can join the MTR project.
