I am a railway employee at ###. My officer ### punished me one year increment stopped from July 2017 to July 2018. In between this period I have get promoted. This benefit should not get. This promotion will charged from July 2018. But July 2018, one promotional increment is also losed at July 2018. Due to this two increment loses due to punishment. I tell truth but they blame me and punished for bribe.
