I am 40 and looking for a new job. I have been passed up many times @ my current job and getting really upset. I have taken classes to help with my education and promotion but whom ever they hire never to have as much under their belt then I. They also do not last very long. The one and only thing I notice is their race, hair, and skin are not like mine. I never ever in my life have ever faced anything like this. I'm taking it hard. Please I have always prayed to my Lord but I need help on this one. No matter how hard I pray the harder it is for me to believe. I am being tested.
