I am 25 years old and been recently re-diagnosed with Pervasive Developmental Disorder Not Otherwise Specified and  I don't have my GED I failed my first time round to get it and there's no extra money to get one not even payments. All there is money for is rent, food and bills that's it. Everything else must be free or it doesn't happen there are no exceptions can't afford it. There is nothing left over once rent, food and bills are paid for zero zip nada nil nothing. I have no bank account I never had any income of my own I've never worked and I can't get work cause I have no GED or any degree's at all and again no money to pay for em. I am not a citizen of America I'm just here on green card but can't afford to get citizenship that's extra. I wanna know if I qualify for anything to gimme even a bit of a hope for some sort of future. Is there anything out there that I'm qualified for?? It must be free though or its not happening cause there is no extra money at all. No savings nothing. Is there any help for me out there at all in anyway shape or form?? No one will hire me cause I have no GED.... Please pray for me and help me if you can.
