Update on our healing hearts!

My dear husband called me again last night and truly feels God working on him. He has listened to the things I have said and has been reminding himself daily of the love God and I have for him. He is considering coming HOME after a trip to his hometown to assist his dad with some clean-up and moving at his hunting property. He has hinted at his desire to come home and has asked for support, a fresh start, continued love and the ability to start new with our relationship. I am excited but cautious. I am guarding my heart. And I am praying that God continues his work on my husband's heart.

LORD~ I thank you for this progress in the potential restoration of my marriage. I ask that you protect my heart and that you keep me guarded by your love. Lord, bless my husband and continue to soften his heart. Work on him and help him to see you every day. Help him to truly believe that each day is a new start given to us by YOU. Lord help him to desire a loving relationship with me. Help me to be attractive to him and to be the woman that he desires as his wife for LIFE! Lord I thank you for keeping him attractive to me even in the midst of this storm and his confusion. Thank you for providing me with a counselor that has a Christian heart. Thank you for helping her guide me in your direction and for giving me the tools to figure out myself. Lord thank you for giving me the peace and trust in you to care for my husband and our relationship. I have truly been able to let go and I owe that to YOU!

Lord I PRAISE YOU, I EXALT YOU and I am on fire for you again! If this process has brought me to that path, I thank you for it.

Continue to bless those here on this site. I pray that each of us has a peace that only comes with knowing you and that we all trust that in YOUR time, we will know your will. Lord I thank you for the dialy conversation from my husband Chris! I thank you for help him to see you each day! I thank you for putting his mind on you and on our marriage. Lord I pray that after this next trip this weekend that you will bring him home. Lord thank you for giving him the strength to share with me that he is considering coming HOME! Lord give him the strength to come home; to work on our marriage; and to focus on his relationship with you. Lord I thank you for helping him to hear the things I have said to him in the last month. Thank you for giving me the right words that he needed to hear. Thank you for giving me the courage and the ability to be an example of your love. Thank you for helping me to remain strong and for showing him that I am not needy, emotional, or confrontational. Thank you for helping me to remain peaceful during this storm and for providing me with a counselor that has a Christian heart and that has been able to help me to focus on working on ME so that I can in turn be strong for my husband and be attractive to him again.

Lord I pray that you continue to work on us. I am cautious Lord. I want him to come home. But I know you still have a lot of work to do and I know that your time is not predictable. Lord I thank you for allowing me to let go and let you take charge. I pray that each stander here has the courage and ability to let you take FULL control.
