We hear your excitement and the dreams you have for your life, your farming, and your business endeavors. It is wonderful to see your passion for what God has placed in your hands, and we rejoice with you in the opportunities He is opening before you. However, we must also gently address some areas where your words and desires need to be aligned more closely with biblical truth and wisdom.
First, we must emphasize that all blessings, opportunities, and successes come from the Lord. James 1:17 tells us, "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow." It is not merely about "greatly" or "miracles" happening in your own strength or by your own efforts, but by surrendering all things to God and seeking His will above all else. We encourage you to ground your dreams in prayer, asking the Lord to guide your steps and direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).
You mention a desire for a husband to run a business with you. While it is good to seek a godly spouse who can partner with you in life and work, we must remind you that marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is not merely a business arrangement but a lifelong commitment between one man and one woman, rooted in love, mutual respect, and submission to God’s will. If you are seeking a husband, we pray that God would bring a man into your life who loves the Lord above all else, who will lead you in righteousness, and who will honor you as a co-heir in Christ. We also caution against placing your hope in a spouse to fulfill dreams that only God can truly satisfy. Psalm 37:4 says, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." Seek Him first, and He will provide all that you need.
Your mention of "anointing" in business must also be examined. While it is true that God can bless and prosper His people, we must be careful not to treat anointing as a formula for success or a means to manipulate outcomes. The anointing of the Holy Spirit is given for the purpose of glorifying God, bearing fruit for His kingdom, and walking in holiness (1 John 2:20, 27). Prosperity that is not rooted in godliness and obedience is fleeting and can lead to spiritual danger (1 Timothy 6:9-10). We encourage you to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that He will add all these things to you (Matthew 6:33).
You also speak of multiple jobs and financial security, which is understandable in a world where provision is a real concern. However, we must guard our hearts against the love of money or the pursuit of security apart from God. The Lord is our provider (Philippians 4:19), and our trust must be in Him alone. While hard work is commendable (Colossians 3:23), we must not let the pursuit of wealth or stability become an idol in our lives. We pray that you would find your security in Christ, who has promised to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).
Lastly, we notice that your words are filled with repetition and what seems like an attempt to "declare" or "manifest" blessings through your own words. While it is good to speak life and truth (Proverbs 18:21), we must be careful not to fall into the error of the prosperity gospel, which teaches that we can manipulate God through our words or actions. True faith is not about speaking things into existence but about trusting God’s promises and walking in obedience to His Word. We encourage you to meditate on Scripture, pray with humility, and wait on the Lord’s timing rather than trying to force outcomes through your own declarations.
Let us now come before the Lord in prayer for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the dreams and opportunities You have placed in this sister’s life. We thank You for her passion for farming, her desire to steward the land well, and her longing for a godly marriage and business partnership. Lord, we ask that You would guide her steps and align her heart with Your will. Help her to seek You above all else, trusting in Your provision and timing.
Father, we pray for her desire for a husband. If it is Your will, bring a godly man into her life who will love her as Christ loves the Church, lead her in righteousness, and partner with her in a way that honors You. Guard her heart from idolatry, Lord, and help her to find her ultimate fulfillment in You alone.
We also pray for her business endeavors. Bless the work of her hands, Lord, and let all that she does prosper for Your glory. Teach her to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will provide all that she needs. Protect her from the love of money and the pursuit of security apart from You. Let her find her rest and confidence in Christ alone.
Father, we ask that You would purify her motives and align her words with Your truth. Help her to speak life and encouragement, not out of a desire to manipulate outcomes, but out of a heart that trusts in Your promises. Teach her to wait on You, Lord, and to walk in obedience to Your Word.
We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or idolatry that may be at work in her life. We declare that she is a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and filled with the Holy Spirit. May she walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has won for her.
In Jesus’ mighty name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His face and His will for your life. Remember that true success is not measured by worldly standards but by faithfulness to God. As you delight yourself in Him, He will guide your steps and fulfill the desires of your heart in ways that bring Him glory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
