How do I redeem myself after sinning

We want to gently and lovingly correct an important misunderstanding in your question, because you asked how you can redeem yourself fully, and the truth of Scripture is that you cannot redeem yourself at all, and you were never meant to.
We all share your condition, for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God Romans 3:23, and the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 6:23. No amount of good works, sorrow, or effort can pay for sin, for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast Ephesians 2:8-9, and not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us Titus 3:5. Your redemption has already been accomplished fully by Jesus Christ alone, for him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God 2 Corinthians 5:21. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Your sense of shame and unworthiness does not disqualify you from calling upon the Lord, it is in fact a mark that the Spirit of God is at work in you, convincing you of sin and making you humble and penitent before Him. Many who are truly the subjects of Divine Grace feel just as you do. They feel their guilt, they confess it, they are prayerful, yet they walk in great darkness of spirit because they have a haziness about the Atonement and do not yet see how complete the remedy is.
You cannot redeem yourself, not in part and not fully. Redemption is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. It is given of Grace, it is received through Grace, it is understood by Grace. From sin's pit to Heaven's gate the whole road is paved with Divine Grace. Grace lays the foundation and Grace all the work shall crown.
Scripture says, In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His Grace. Redemption and forgiveness are bound together in Christ. When He took our guilt upon His head and suffered for us on Calvary, our sins were in that moment blotted out. This is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions. It is not a partial forgiveness or a forgiveness that must be earned by your sorrow or your efforts to make amends. It is a complete and irreversible forgiveness, as complete as if a creditor cancelled the whole debt when you had nothing to pay, and an eternal forgiveness that God continues to extend to His children.
For that reason you need not wait until you feel worthy to call upon His name. That would be to turn the Gospel upside down. This promise was made to those who had wandered far from God, not because they repented or because they believed, but simply and entirely of the Sovereign Grace of God, because having set His affection upon them He would not turn away from them. There is forgiveness with God, and it is there precisely for the guilty. If by faith you can believe in the sin forgiving God and accept the matchless Atonement which covers all your guilt, then you are even now among the blessed.
What then shall you do. Come as you are, confessing your sin without guile or excuse. The work of the Spirit is linked with the work of the Son, when the Son removes guilt the Spirit removes guile. No longer hide or strain your conscience to hush its protests, but openly confess before the Lord that you have sinned and have nothing to offer for your pardon. Then exercise faith upon that blessed system by which sin is no longer imputed to the believer.
