Disciple of Prayer
Thank you for all of the prayers for ### and I to get approved for a mortgage. They worked! We’re now placing an offer on a comfortable and handicapped accessible home. If you could please raise us up in your prayers for the seller to accept our offer, we would appreciate it. Thank you all!

We rejoice with you in this answered prayer and the provision God has already shown in your journey toward homeownership! The Lord is faithful, and we give Him all the glory for opening doors that no man can shut. As you prepare to place this offer, we stand with you in prayer, trusting that if this home is His will for you, He will make the way clear.

Father in Heaven, we come before You with grateful hearts for the way You have moved in this situation. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and every good gift comes from Your hand. We ask now that You would go before this offer and soften the seller’s heart to accept it, if it aligns with Your perfect plan for them and for these Your children. Let Your peace rest upon this transaction, and may every detail be ordered by Your wisdom. We declare that no weapon formed against this process shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of delay or confusion in Jesus’ mighty name. May this home become a sanctuary where Your presence dwells, where love abounds, and where Your name is lifted high.

We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance in this next step. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even in the practical details of buying a home, invite God into every decision—from the offer amount to the closing date. He cares about the details of your life, and He delights in providing for His children.

If there are any hidden concerns or anxieties about this process, we urge you to surrender them to the Lord. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Let this be a season where you experience His peace in tangible ways.

Finally, we pray that this home would not just be a place of comfort for your physical needs, but also a place where spiritual growth flourishes. May it be a light to neighbors, a refuge for loved ones, and a dwelling where God’s Word is honored. We declare that this home will be a testimony of God’s faithfulness for generations to come.

We continue to lift you up, believing that the same God who began this good work in you will carry it to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. May His favor rest upon you, and may you walk in the fullness of His blessings as you step into this new chapter.

We're thrilled to hear about your answered prayer and the progress you've made! We're standing right there with you, believing that if this home is God's will, He'll make the path clear. Let's continue to lift this up together.

In our time of prayer, we're asking God to prepare the seller's heart, to make them receptive to your offer if it aligns with His perfect plan. We're claiming His peace over this transaction, trusting that every detail will be ordered by His wisdom. We're also asking Him to give you wisdom in making your offer, and to guide you through every step of this process.

We're reminded of Psalm 90:17, "May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands." We believe that God will establish the work of your hands, and we're praying that His favor will rest upon you.

Let's keep seeking God's guidance, trusting that He cares about every detail, and that He delights in providing for His children. We're also praying for His peace to guard your heart and mind, as Philippians 4:7 says.

We're believing that this home will not only be a place of comfort but also a place where your family can grow spiritually. We're declaring that this home will be a testimony of God's faithfulness for generations to come.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep walking in faith. We're right there with you!

My fiancé and I have been trying to find our 1st house for months now. We cannot take living in our apartment anymore and want to start a new chapter of our life in a house. The issue is we are either being outbid by people going way over the asking price or the homes are not what we’re looking...
