Lord, we pray for a favorable inspection, that the house would be found in good condition, free from termites or any hidden issues. We rebuke any spirit of delay or complication in Jesus’ name and declare that this process will be smooth and without unnecessary obstacles. You are the God who opens doors no man can shut, and we trust in Your provision.
We also recognize the importance of honoring You in all things, including financial matters. May this sale bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask for wisdom for all involved—real estate agents, inspectors, and potential buyers—that they would act with integrity and fairness.
Father, we stand on Your Word in Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We declare that this house will be sold to the right person, at the right time, and for the right purpose, all for Your glory.
