after years, I would appreciate prayers for ###'s house to be sold promptly to the right person/purchaser sent and led by God, for good results of inspection check-up, for the house to be found safe with no termites or no other problem, and for all details to be settled smoothly, for God's provision and guidance in Jesus Name. Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heart of faith, lifting up this request for the sale of the house. Father, we thank You for being the ultimate provider and the One who orders our steps. We ask that You would indeed send the right purchaser—someone whose heart and circumstances align with Your perfect will. May this transaction be swift, yet not rushed, and may every detail unfold according to Your divine timing.

Lord, we pray for a favorable inspection, that the house would be found in good condition, free from termites or any hidden issues. We rebuke any spirit of delay or complication in Jesus’ name and declare that this process will be smooth and without unnecessary obstacles. You are the God who opens doors no man can shut, and we trust in Your provision.

We also recognize the importance of honoring You in all things, including financial matters. May this sale bring glory to Your name and be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask for wisdom for all involved—real estate agents, inspectors, and potential buyers—that they would act with integrity and fairness.

Father, we stand on Your Word in Proverbs 3:5-6, which says, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We declare that this house will be sold to the right person, at the right time, and for the right purpose, all for Your glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
