Beloved of All
We’ve had enough of this and now threats of El Niño coming! Also, praying for friends and family salvation. Being really persecuted. This women’s group isn’t getting back to me since I asked if they can pray with me and also for a mutual friend in regards to their bad smoking habits and drinking and they don’t want any help. Jesus, also please heal Diabetes Copd and all associated pain due to this please especially arm lumps, knee and feet and under foot so difficult to get any exercise due to this. Please no cancer. Praises, prayers to get to the beach soon with this friend, amen

We join you in lifting up all of these burdens together before our Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for bringing them to us so honestly.

We hear your weariness with this prolonged heat and the anxiety about El Nino coming. We understand how oppressive and discouraging it can feel when the weather itself feels like a trial. We are reminded that God remains sovereign over all creation and is our refuge in every season. Psalm 46:1 tells us God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and Matthew 6:34 reminds us not to be anxious for tomorrow, for each day has enough trouble of its own. We pray for His peace to guard your heart as you trust Him with what the coming season may hold, and for His provision of relief and rest, including that hoped for time at the beach. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We also stand with you in your desire for the salvation of your friends and family, and we grieve with you over the persecution you are feeling. Jesus told us this would happen, and He also blessed those who endure it for His sake. Matthew 5:11 says Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake, and 2 Timothy 3:12 says Yes, and all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. We encourage you not to grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up as Galatians 6:9 teaches. We continue to pray with you that your loved ones will come to know Christ, for God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth as in 1 Timothy 2:4, and He is patient, not wanting anyone to perish but all to come to repentance as 2 Peter 3:9 says.

Regarding the women's group that has not responded since you asked them to pray about smoking and drinking struggles for your mutual friend, we understand how hurtful that silence feels. We encourage you to forgive and to keep pursuing fellowship where you can, not forsaking our own assembling together as Hebrews 10:25 teaches, and to continue to love your friend with truth and grace. We know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 teaches, and that we are called not to be drunken with wine but to be filled with the Spirit as Ephesians 5:18 says. Smoking and drunkenness can harm the body God gave us and can become strongholds, yet we cannot force help on someone who does not want it. We can keep praying, keep speaking the truth in love, and keep entrusting that friend to the Lord who alone can change the heart. Proverbs 15:29 reminds us that Yahweh is far from the wicked, but he hears the prayer of the righteous.

We lift up your health needs with deep compassion, the diabetes, COPD, and all the associated pain, the lumps in your arm, the pain in your knee and feet and under your foot that makes even exercise so difficult, and your fear of cancer. Our Lord is the Great Physician who heals and sustains. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and dont forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, and Isaiah 53:5 says by his wounds we are healed. We also cling to James 5:15 that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We pray for wisdom for your doctors, for relief from pain, for strength for daily living, and for protection from cancer. Even when healing is a process, we trust Romans 8:28 that God works all things together for good for those who love God.

We thank God that you have mentioned the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, and Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you know Him.

We pray together now. Father, in Jesus' name we come to You with our sister and lay every one of these needs at Your feet. Lord, bring relief from this oppressive heat and calm all fear about what is to come, let Your peace reign in her heart and provide refreshment and rest, and if it is Your will, open the way for her to get to the beach safely with her friend for healing and joy. Save her friends and family, Lord, draw each one by Your Holy Spirit to repentance and faith in Christ. Strengthen her under persecution, let her feel Your nearness and vindication, and help her to bless those who oppose her. Touch the hearts of the women in that group, restore fellowship where possible, and work in the heart of that mutual friend who struggles with smoking and drinking, bring conviction and willingness to receive help and freedom in Christ. Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon diabetes and COPD, upon every pain, upon the lumps in her arm and the pain in her knee and feet and under her foot, ease her suffering, protect her from cancer, and give her strength and guidance for health and movement. We ask all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We've been thinking of you as we read your note. The relentless heat alone is exhausting, and with the worry about El Niño, plus feeling persecuted and carrying a burden for your friends and family to know Jesus, it's understandable you feel worn down.

We especially noticed your pain with diabetes and COPD, the lumps in your arm and the soreness in your knees and feet that makes even getting exercise so hard, and the fear about cancer. That kind of ongoing pain can wear on your sense of strength and make daily life feel smaller. Please consider bringing those new lumps and the foot and knee pain to your doctor soon so they can evaluate you in person. We will be praying for wisdom for them and comfort and care for you alongside that help.

About your women's group and your friend who smokes and drinks, it hurts when you reach out in love and others pull back or say they don't want help. Often people aren't ready to face those habits and will minimize them for a time, and that is not a failure on your part. You did a caring thing to offer prayer. It may help to give the group a little space and perhaps send one brief, kind note later if you feel led, while you keep praying privately for your friend.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus' name. Bring relief to her pain, guide her medical care, calm her fears, and draw her friends and family to Yourself. Give her peace as she waits on You, and joy in that hoped for time at the beach with her friend. Amen.

Your prayer has been laid before the Lord and we join you in bringing these burdens to His throne of grace.

Concerning the oppressive heat and the threat of El Nino to come, we are reminded that the Lord reigns over all seasons and sends both the sunshine and the storm according to His wise providence. Cast this care upon Him, for He who clothes the fields and governs the winds will give strength to bear what He appoints and will not suffer you to be tried beyond what you are able.

You speak also of being persecuted and of friends and family who yet need salvation. Take heart, for persecution seems to be the wave that when it leaps up around the church, speeds her course. It helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His people by such trials. Continue to pray for those dear to you, that they may know that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, for there is an abundance of healing power in Him and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves, the little things about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The least thing about Christ is healing.

We grieve with you that the womens group has not returned your request to pray for a mutual friend bound by smoking and drinking, and that help is refused. This is a common sorrow, for all individuals in every nation need healing and many will not yet seek the Physician. Do not cease to pray. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the work of Jesus our heavenly Physician is not so much to point out disease as to indicate and to apply the remedy. He is able to heal though He is not always engaged in healing at the hour we desire. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God, so keep sowing the Word in prayer and in gentle witness, trusting the Lord to work in His season.

For your own body, afflicted with diabetes and COPD and all the associated pain in arm and knee and feet and under foot, so that exercise is made difficult, and for your fear concerning cancer, we lift you up to Him who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they are too painful to let us slumber, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for healing. How much more should we seek the great Physician. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed on the Lords people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son be of good cheer your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. The Lord has begun to heal us and the healing virtue which His grace has infused into us will work us health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you with healing in His wings, easing your pain, guarding you from further affliction, and granting wisdom to those who care for you. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Whether He grants full relief in this life or sustains you through the infirmity till the perfect healing of the resurrection, know that His grace is sufficient and His touch, even as He took the sick by the hand and lifted her up, is able to raise you.

We join your praises and your prayer to get to the beach soon with this friend. May the Lord in His kindness grant you that refreshment if it be His will, and may even that time together be seasoned with grace and an opportunity to speak of Christ.

Let us pray together. O Lord, look upon this Your child tried by heat and pain and by the sorrow of loved ones yet outside Your fold. Pardon and heal, forgive and restore. Draw persecutors and the wandering to Yourself, break the chains of smoking and drinking, and let Your healing leaves be for the healing of this soul and body. Keep from the dreaded disease of cancer according to Your mercy, ease the lumps and the aching joints and feet, and give renewed strength day by day. Make this trial to drive the heart nearer to Christ, and grant joy in Your presence whether by the sea or in the closet of prayer. In the name of Jesus our only hope, Amen.

We have received your prayer request and we join with you in bringing all of these burdens before the Lord.

We hear your weariness with the heat and your anxiety about what may come with El Nino. God is sovereign over all creation, over sun and storm, and He knows your need for relief and rest. We pray He will give you endurance and peace, and keep you in His care through every season, trusting that He will provide what you need each day.

We also lift up your friends and family who do not yet know Christ. There is salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and we join you in praying that God will open their hearts to hear the gospel, to repent and to believe on Him. Do not grow weary in praying for them. Even when others resist help, as with your mutual friend who struggles with smoking and drinking, we can continue to love them and pray that God will bring conviction and freedom. We do not ask God to bless those habits, but we ask Him to deliver from them and to bring healing and a desire for what is pure and holy. Like a physician who comes close to the sick in order to heal them, Christ draws near to those in bondage to set them free, and we pray your friend will turn to Him for that healing.

We understand the pain of feeling rejected by the womens group after you reached out for prayer. That kind of silence can feel like persecution, and it is painful when you seek fellowship and do not receive it. Scripture teaches that all who will live a godly life in Christ Jesus will face persecution and misunderstanding, and that blessed are those who endure it for His sake. Your endurance in prayer, even when others pull away, is not in vain. Keep persisting in prayer as the woman of Canaan did, who kept seeking the Lord until He answered. God sees your faithfulness and He is your true comforter when others do not respond.

We also bring before the Lord your many physical sufferings, the diabetes and COPD and all the associated pain in your arms, knees and feet, the lumps and the soreness under your feet that makes even exercise difficult, and your fear of cancer. We pray for the Lords healing touch upon your body, for relief from pain, for wisdom for doctors who care for you, and for strength each day. We pray that God will guard you from cancer and will sustain you through every discomfort. Even in suffering, God can use these trials to strengthen and refine us, and to show His power in our weakness. We ask Him to give you grace to endure and to hope in the promise that He will one day make all things new.

We thank God with you for the hope of getting to the beach soon with your friend. We pray that if it is His will, He will provide that time of refreshment and that it will be a wholesome and encouraging time that draws you both closer to Him.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior. We ask You to save our friends and family who are lost, to bring them to repentance and faith. We ask You to deliver our friend from smoking and drinking and to give freedom and new life. We ask You to heal our sister of diabetes and COPD, to ease the pain in her arms, knees and feet, to remove what causes fear, and to protect her from cancer. Comfort her when she feels persecuted and alone, and give her strength to persevere. Provide for her needs in the heat and in every need, and grant her Your peace. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, amen.

Your prayer has been received and taken to the Lord with care. I hear how weary you are with the prolonged heat and the worry over what may come with changing weather patterns. God remains sovereign over creation, over wind and rain and heat, and we can rest in His care even when conditions are uncomfortable and uncertain. May He grant you relief, peace, and trust in His provision day by day.

I am joining you in prayer for the salvation of your friends and family, and for the persecution you are feeling. Scripture shows us that when lives are tangled in sin, people can become captive, experiencing pain and loss and affliction as a result, often because the enemy has deceived them. Habits like smoking and drinking that you mentioned for your mutual friend are part of that captivity. It is painful when you reach out for prayer and others pull away or do not want help. The same spiritual sickness that brought judgment upon Judah in the Scriptures is still at work in our world today, and there is no other remedy except the cure God Himself has provided. That cure is salvation through Jesus Christ alone. We will pray that your loved ones and your friend will accept that cure, turn from what harms them, and find freedom in Christ, and that God will strengthen you to keep loving and praying even when you feel rejected or persecuted for doing what is right. Remember that when Saul rejected the Lord by refusing to submit his heart fully to Him, the Lord set him aside, but God raised up David, a shepherd who followed after the sheep, to serve Him faithfully. God still looks for and lifts up those whose hearts are fully yielded to Him, even when others turn away.

I am also bringing your health needs before the Lord. The burden of diabetes and COPD, the pain in your arms, knees and feet, the lumps and the soreness under your foot that makes exercise so difficult, and the fear of cancer, all of this matters to Him. We ask for His healing touch. We remember how Peter, when questioned about the lame man who was healed, declared that it was by the name of Jesus that the man stood whole before them. There is power in the name of Jesus to heal and to make whole, and we ask in that name for His mercy, comfort, relief from pain, and wisdom for your care. We ask that He guard you from cancer and grant you strength for each step.

Thank you for sharing the praise of hoping to get to the beach soon with your friend. It is good to thank God for simple joys and for friendship. May that time be refreshing and encouraging, and may your friendship continue to honor the Lord.

Father, we pray for this dear one who is hurting and weary. Bring salvation to family and friends who do not yet know You, deliver those in bondage to sin and deception, and help this child of Yours to stand firm under persecution. Lay Your healing hand upon this body, ease the pain in lungs, joints and feet, remove fear, and let Your power be known. Provide relief from the heat, peace in daily needs, and joy in fellowship that pleases You. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

We have continued to lift you up before the Lord and we want to remember all that you shared with us. We have been praying for relief from this intense heat and for peace regarding the threat of El Nino, trusting that God remains sovereign over all creation and that He will provide comfort and protection regardless of the weather. We have also been praying for the salvation of your friends and family, asking the Lord to draw them to Himself for He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9.

We have brought before the Lord the persecution you are experiencing and the hurt you felt when the womens group did not get back to you after you reached out for prayer for yourself and for your mutual friend who is struggling with smoking and drinking and does not want help. We pray the Lord comforts you in this rejection and gives you strength to continue to love and pray for them, remembering that blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, Matthew 5:10, and we ask Him to keep working in that friends heart.

We have also continued to pray for your health, asking Jesus our Healer to touch your body and bring healing from diabetes and COPD and all the associated pain, especially the lumps in your arms and the pain in your knees and feet and under your feet that makes exercise so difficult. We pray for relief from pain, for restored strength, and for your concern about cancer, claiming His promise that He heals all our diseases, Psalm 103:3, and by His wounds we are healed, Isaiah 53:5. We also join you in praise and continue to pray that the Lord will make a way for you to get to the beach soon with your friend.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We count it a joy to stand with you for as long as it takes.

We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.
