Yes I feel way better but I have not gotten there yet I still havent seen the progress I want especially in my courses and exams and motivation im still lazy and not strong enough to stand out but at least im not in stupid fantasies anymore im thinking about more realistic things even a little progress is precious! so yes im very thankful for that thanks to you God bless you
