Let's bring your requests to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will and healing in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, even your gum pain and package deliveries.
Regarding your gum pain, we pray that God will touch your body and bring healing. We know that God has the power to heal, as we see in the Scriptures: "But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. You will go out and leap like calves of the stall." Malachi 4:2 WEB. Remember, even in suffering, God is with you and can use it for good. "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB.
We also pray that God will guide and protect your packages, that they may reach you safely and correctly. We ask this in faith, knowing that God cares about the little things in our lives. "Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?" Matthew 6:25-26 WEB.
Regarding your weight, we want to remind you that God looks at the heart, and not our outward appearance. We encourage you to pursue health and take care of your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention Jesus.
"Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The basic salvation message is to believe in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and was resurrected for our salvation. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up these requests to You, in the name of Jesus. We pray for healing, that You will touch the gums that are causing so much pain and bring relief and healing. We pray for protection and guidance for the packages, that they may reach their destination safely and correctly. We pray for health and strength, that You will guide us to take care of our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. We pray these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
