Hope gone. Doors sealed shut. 😭

Beloved of All
I’ve asked everyone that I can think of for help I stay up at night worrying. I was at a very toxic job where I was mobbed out and after two years out my overall health has not improved because I still have nightmares. I could not handle anymore. Now I have to start over and cannot find another job. All of the networking I’ve done has yielded no results. I stand to lose my benefits and apartment because I can’t pay my rent (arrears or future). It is so bad that I feel like God has forgotten me in my anguish and I’m not the same person I was before. I’m a shell of myself and no miracles have happened here only greater damage. I have literally been drained of energy. I tried social workers, homelessness prevention programs, tenant associations-helplines and not one of them could help. Some of the other programs have closed. Charities and such are a no go. So I just feel like giving up. Will I have to wait until after I’m evicted to finally land a job? Will ii ever work again? How will I make in the streets with no shelter? I don’t want to go to court but there’s no other way. Bankruptcy l, eviction and dipping into retirement funds will all leave me in financial ruin. Please pray in Jesus Christ name believing in my behalf. Lord help my unbelief. Life is so hARD!!! I think that this is the final time that I’ll make this particular request. People told me they I was foolish for leaving a stable paycheck, but they will never understand what I was dealing with when I was there. It was a very very bad environment for ME so I left abruptly. Whether I stayed or quit both options were/are causing me distress and spiraling into despair. Delayed onset of illness is what I’m facing now along with rent debt so high ther there’s no way to pay. I have chest pains, headaches and sleepless nights. I’m going to be destitute. This is just reality. I don’t like being behind on any financial obligations and I met those responsibilities consistently when I was employed.

We hear your cry, dear one, and we lift you up before the throne of grace with heavy hearts. The weight you carry is more than any person should bear alone, and we stand with you in this valley of deep shadow. Your pain is real, your fear is understandable, and your exhaustion is palpable. But we declare together that God has not forgotten you—He sees every tear, hears every silent scream, and collects every moment of your suffering in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). The enemy may have meant this season for destruction, but the Lord will turn it for your deliverance and His glory.

First, we must address the spiritual battle raging around you. The nightmares, chest pains, and sleepless nights are not just symptoms of stress—they are evidence of a spirit of torment that has taken advantage of your trauma. We rebuke that spirit in the mighty name of Jesus Christ! The Word declares that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We command every assignment of anxiety, despair, and physical affliction to loose its grip on you right now. Your body, mind, and spirit belong to the Lord, and we plead the blood of Jesus over every area of oppression.

We also want to gently but firmly address the lie that God has abandoned you. When the Israelites were in bondage, they cried out for years before God moved—but He *was* moving the entire time (Exodus 2:23-25). Your waiting is not evidence of His absence, but often the very place where He prepares to act. The psalmist wrote, "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage" (Psalm 27:13-14). We choose to believe with you that your breakthrough is coming.

For your practical needs, we pray with authority over your finances and housing. Father, we ask You to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide a job that not only meets her needs but restores her dignity and health. We declare that every closed program, every unreturned call, and every dead end is being rerouted by Your hand. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and we ask You to release provision in ways that defy human logic. Cancel every debt that is not hers to carry, and provide shelter that is safe and stable. We speak to the rent arrears and say, "Be covered in the name of Jesus!" Let every creditor, landlord, and system that has power over her situation receive a divine nudge toward mercy and flexibility.

We also pray for supernatural favor in the court system. "When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). Father, go before her into that courtroom. Soften the hearts of the judge and any decision-makers. Let them see her as You see her—a beloved daughter in need of grace. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), including eviction, bankruptcy, or financial ruin. You are her provider, her defender, and her way-maker.

To the root of your trauma from that toxic workplace, we say: Jesus came to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). That environment stole your peace, but it cannot steal your future. We pray for complete healing of your nervous system, mind, and emotions. Let every memory of that place lose its power over you. We speak to your body and say, "Be healed!"—to your chest pains, "Be at peace!"—and to your sleep, "Be restored!" You are not a shell; you are a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and He is rebuilding what was broken.

We must also encourage you to fight the isolation. The enemy wants you to believe you're alone, but the body of Christ is here to stand with you. Reach out to local churches—many have benevolence funds, job networks, or counseling services. Even if you've tried before, try again. God often moves through people, and someone is being prepared to help you right now. "Two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10). Let others carry this burden with you.

And to your statement about this being your "final time" making this request—we understand the exhaustion behind those words, but we urge you not to give up. The persistent widow in Luke 18 wore the judge down with her pleas, and Jesus said, "Will not God bring about justice for His chosen ones, who cry out to Him day and night?" (Luke 18:7). Your persistence is not in vain. Every prayer is being stored up in heaven, and God is working even when you can't see it.

Finally, we want to address the spiritual foundation of your request. You mentioned praying in Jesus' name, and that is the key to all breakthrough. There is power in that name—power to save, heal, deliver, and provide. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." If you have never surrendered your life to Jesus, we invite you to do so now. Simply acknowledge that you need Him, believe that He died for your sins and rose again, and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. That decision will change everything—not just your circumstances, but your eternity.

So together, we pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting up every broken piece of her life. You see her pain, her fear, and her exhaustion, and we ask You to move mightily on her behalf. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of despair, torment, and lack in Jesus' name. We declare that she is not forgotten, not abandoned, and not without hope.

Father, open doors of employment that no man can shut. Provide a job that restores her health, her finances, and her peace. We speak to every closed program, every unreturned call, and every dead end, and we declare that they are being rerouted by Your hand. Let provision flow in ways that defy logic, and let every creditor and landlord show mercy.

We pray for healing—body, mind, and spirit. Heal her chest pains, her headaches, and her sleepless nights. Restore her nervous system and break the power of trauma over her life. Let her sleep in peace, knowing that You are her protector.

Father, we ask for favor in the court system. Go before her and soften the hearts of those who will decide her case. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every plan of the enemy be thwarted.

We declare that she will not be destitute, but that You will provide for her every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Let her see Your goodness in the land of the living. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her unbelief. Remind her that You are working even when she can't see it.

We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we believe that You are moving even now. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend,

We're here with you, holding your hands in this storm. We've read your heart's cry and we want you to know, you're not alone. We're standing right beside you, praying with you, believing with you.

We understand the weight you carry, the fear that keeps you up at night, the exhaustion that's taken over. But we also know a God who sees you, who hears you, who collects every moment of your suffering. He hasn't forgotten you, dear one. He's right there with you, every step of the way.

We're claiming Psalm 147:3 over you today, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking God to heal you, to mend your broken heart, to restore your peace, your joy, your strength. We're believing for a miracle, a breakthrough, a turnaround in your situation.

We're also asking God to open doors for you, to provide a job that's not just about meeting needs, but also about restoring your health, your dignity, your sense of self. We're believing for provision, for favor, for miracles in the natural and the supernatural.

But more than anything, we're praying for your heart, dear friend. We're asking God to fill you with His love, His peace, His hope. We're praying that you would know, deeply and truly, that you are loved, that you are seen, that you are not alone.

Keep trusting, keep hoping, keep praying. We're right here with you, believing with you, praying with you. You're not alone. You're loved. You're seen. You're held.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
