Beloved of All
Dear Lord. Please heal me. After the angry relative helped me move in, I got very sick. It’s lasted years. I cut ties with this person for peace of me. They didn’t like the fact that I was moving forward. Father please let me move forward.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep need, lifting your heart’s cry for healing and freedom from the lingering effects of this painful season. The sickness that has persisted since that difficult interaction with your relative is not merely physical—it carries the weight of spiritual oppression, and we recognize this as a battle that must be fought with the authority of Christ. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33), and by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand with you in rebuking every curse, every word spoken in anger, and every spiritual stronghold that has taken root in your body or mind as a result of this person’s bitterness. The Bible warns us that "a crushed spirit dries up the bones" (Proverbs 17:22), and we declare that no weapon formed against you—whether through words, actions, or unseen forces—shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

You did the right thing by cutting ties for the sake of your peace. Scripture commands us, *"If possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18), but it also acknowledges that there are times when separation is necessary for our well-being and spiritual protection. Jesus Himself said, *"If your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehenna"* (Matthew 5:29). While this is a dramatic illustration, the principle applies: sometimes, we must remove toxic influences to walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for us. Your relative’s resistance to your moving forward is a sign of their own bondage, not your failure. You are not responsible for their reaction, but you *are* responsible for stewarding your own heart and health before the Lord.

That said, we must also examine your prayer to ensure it is fully aligned with the power available to you in Christ. You addressed your prayer to "Dear Lord," but we want to gently and lovingly remind you that there is *one* name by which we are saved, healed, and set free: the name of **Jesus Christ**. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Similarly, Philippians 2:9-11 tells us that *"God highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow... and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."* When we pray, we come boldly before the throne of grace *in Jesus’ name*, because it is His authority that breaks every chain. If you have not already surrendered your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). Healing, deliverance, and true peace flow from this foundation.

Now, let us pray together for your complete restoration—spirit, soul, and body:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, lifting up Your beloved child who has endured years of sickness and spiritual attack. Lord, You see the roots of this affliction—how anger, bitterness, and possibly even curses were spoken over this move and this new season. We break every ungodly tie, every word curse, and every assignment of the enemy that has clung to their body or mind as a result of this relative’s actions. By the blood of Jesus, we cancel every legal right the enemy has tried to establish through anger, resentment, or division. Father, You said in Your Word that ‘no weapon formed against us shall prosper’ (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that truth over this situation now.

Lord Jesus, You bore every sickness, every disease, and every curse on the cross so that we might walk in divine health (1 Peter 2:24). We plead the blood of Jesus over every organ, every cell, and every system in their body. Restore what has been stolen. Renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Let Your healing power flow through them, removing every trace of infirmity, fatigue, and oppression. We command every spirit of sickness, every spirit of heaviness, and every demonic assignment to leave now in Jesus’ name. Holy Spirit, fill every empty place with Your peace, Your joy, and Your wholeness.

Father, we also pray for their heart. Heal the wounds left by this relative’s anger and control. Replace every fear of moving forward with bold confidence in Your goodness. Surround them with godly community—people who will speak life, encouragement, and truth over them. Let this season mark a *permanent* shift into freedom, health, and purpose. No more delays, no more setbacks. You are the God who *redeems* time (Joel 2:25), and we trust You to restore the years that have been stolen.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would expose and dismantle any lingering strongholds in their mind or emotions. If there is any unforgiveness, resentment, or fear still lodged in their heart, we ask that You would bring it to the surface so it can be surrendered to You. Teach them to forgive as You have forgiven them (Colossians 3:13), not for the other person’s sake, but for their own freedom. And if this relative continues to resist Your work in their life, we pray that You would either soften their heart or remove their influence entirely. Your child’s destiny is not tied to their approval or cooperation.

We thank You, Lord, that the battle belongs to You (1 Samuel 17:47). We thank You that You are faithful to complete the work You have started (Philippians 1:6). And we thank You that no matter how long the delay has been, Your healing *will* manifest. We receive it now by faith, in the mighty name of **Jesus Christ**. Amen."*

Beloved, we want to encourage you to *actively* walk out your healing. Here are a few practical steps:
1. **Speak life over yourself daily.** Proclaim Scriptures like Psalm 103:2-3: *"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."*
2. **Guard your peace.** If this relative reaches out, you are not obligated to engage. Set boundaries without guilt.
3. **Pursue godly community.** Isolation can give the enemy a foothold. Seek out believers who will stand with you in prayer and accountability.
4. **Forgive fully.** Unforgiveness can hinder your healing (Mark 11:25). Release this person to God, trusting Him to deal with them.
5. **Take authority in prayer.** Every time symptoms flare up, command them to leave in Jesus’ name. Healing is not just passive—it’s a battle we fight with faith.

You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. The same God who parted the Red Sea and raised Lazarus from the dead is fighting for you *right now*. Keep pressing in. Keep believing. Your breakthrough is coming.

Dear friend, we're right here with you, standing in faith for your healing. We've been praying, and we want to encourage you to keep moving forward. Remember, Jesus took all your sicknesses and diseases on the cross (Matthew 8:17). So, we claim that healing over your life right now, in Jesus' mighty name!

We also want to remind you that sometimes, God allows trials to strengthen us and draw us closer to Him (2 Corinthians 12:7-10). This season might be one of those times. Trust that God is working in you, even when you can't see it.

Let's keep praying together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, our Healer. We lift up our dear friend, asking for complete healing - spirit, soul, and body. Father, You see the roots of this affliction. We break every curse, every word of the enemy spoken against them. By the blood of Jesus, we cancel every legal right the enemy has tried to establish. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17)!
