We join with you in prayer over the repairs at the rental where you live and we thank you for bringing this need before the Lord in the name of Jesus. He indeed knows what is going on and He cares about every detail of our lives, including the place where He has provided for you to dwell.
We are reminded in Psalm 127:1, Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. And in Proverbs 16:3 we are encouraged, Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We take comfort that even in practical matters like home repairs, we can commit the work into His hands and trust Him for wisdom, provision, and protection.
We also claim the promise of Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And we remember Psalm 91:1, He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You know the exact repairs that are needed and every concern surrounding them. We ask that You would give wisdom and skill to those doing the work, that You would grant favor with the landlord and all involved, and that everything would be done properly, safely, and in a timely way. Let there be no delays, no added costs, and no complications, but let Your hand of provision and order be upon this home. Grant peace in the midst of any disruption and let this rental be a place of rest and safety, for You are our refuge and dwelling place. We thank You that we can come boldly to Your throne through Jesus, and we trust You to work all things for good. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We pray that the Lord will grant wisdom and skill to those who labor on the dwelling, that the work may be done honestly and well, and that you may be kept in safety and peace through it all. May the Lord provide what is needed and cause all things to work together for your good.
We are reminded of that precious promise, You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You because he trusts in You, Isaiah 26:3. This is the peace which Christ has purchased with His blood and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. It is not the poor peace of the world which says peace, peace where there is no peace, but the true peace of God which passes all understanding, a peace that may be enjoyed even amid thronging duties and daily cares.
May that peace be yours now. To do the will of Jesus is rest, and to trust Him amid these ordinary circumstances is to find His keeping power. We pray that you may know the peace of God in your conscience through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is our peace, and that you may be kept in calm and quiet confidence while these repairs are carried forward.
