We thank you for sharing this request with us and we join with you in prayer, grateful that you have brought this need before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father. We know that Jesus indeed sees and knows all that is going on in your home and cares about even the practical details of our daily lives.
We are reminded in Scripture that unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain Psalm 127:1, and that we can cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7. Your rental home is part of the place He has provided for you to dwell and find rest, and He is faithful to watch over it. We also take comfort in the promise that in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.

We pray for honest and skilled hands to do the repairs well, for provision for any costs involved, for understanding and goodwill between our friend and the landlord or property managers, and for the inspection to go smoothly and without complication. We ask that You would give wisdom to all involved and let everything be done decently and in order. Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3, so we commit this home and these repairs to You, trusting that You will work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. Guard this home and let it be a place of safety and peace where You are honored. We thank You that we can bring even these practical needs to You with confidence. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

We join you in prayer concerning this matter of your dwelling and give thanks that you have cast this care upon the Lord, for He knows what is going on and His eye is upon His people in all their temporal concerns.
It is a sweet comfort that our God maketh peace in our borders and sendeth forth His commandment upon earth. Your rental home is under His providence, and not a repair nor an inspection escapes His notice. We are to trust God in temporal things, acting in all prudence and uprightness, and then to rely simply and entirely upon Him. You have done well to bring this need to Him in the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have peace with God and access to the Father.
Let us pray together. O Lord our Father, Thou art the God of all peace, and peace is the gift which Jesus bought with His blood. We ask Thee to look graciously upon this need.
