Thank you for sharing this need with us. We join you in prayer and we bring your situation before the Lord, who indeed knows all that is going on and cares for you.
We pray that God will grant wisdom and skill to those doing the repairs, that the work will be done well and safely, and that there will be no further difficulty or cost beyond what is necessary. We ask that He will provide for every need and guard your home with His peace, for peace is the foundation of joy and the mother of all good things, and Christ Himself has left His peace to His people.
May the Lord keep you in quiet trust as the work goes forward, and may your rental be a place of rest and thankfulness to Him. We commend all of this to God through Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, in whose name we pray. Amen.
