We join with you in bringing this need before our Heavenly Father and we understand how deeply you desire provision and stability for your family through a well paying home office job and a house in a safe, gated community.
We know the burden of wanting to provide a secure home and good work, and we want to encourage you to seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He knows what you need. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33 to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. And we cling to the promise in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We also remember that true security is not found in walls or gates, but in the Lord Himself. Psalm 127:1 reminds us that unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain, unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards in vain. Proverbs 18:10 tells us the name of Yahweh is a strong tower, the righteous run to him, and are safe. A house in a gated neighborhood can be a blessing, but our ultimate refuge and protection is in Him. We also hear the gentle call to contentment and trust in Hebrews 13:5 to be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you, and in 1 Timothy 6:6 that godliness with contentment is great gain.
We want to encourage you in diligence as you seek this home office job. Colossians 3:23 says whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men. Proverbs 16:3 says commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. We encourage you to commit your job search and your housing search to the Lord in prayer, to work faithfully with the skills He has given you, to steward well what He has already provided, and to trust His timing and His placement for your family.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Acts 4:12 says there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved and can boldly come to God in prayer. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him, we encourage you to do so today, and to bring every request to the Father in Jesus' name.

Your request for a well paying home office job and a house in a safe, gated community for your family has been heard, and we have brought it before the Lord with care for you and those you love.
We understand how heavy this need feels. When employment is uncertain and a secure home seems out of reach, the heart is greatly burdened. Scripture reminds us that perfect stability belongs alone to God, for He alone is without variableness or shadow of turning. Since the fall, all earthly standing places are shaken, and we are taught not to build our ultimate hope upon any position or place, but upon Him who is immutable and cannot change. At the same time we do not despise your desire for stability, for even the world esteems steadfastness, and how much more should the people of God seek to provide faithfully for their household.
We are told in the Word that sometimes employment fails, at another time the dishonesty of others may bring one down from competence to poverty, and sometimes sickness or other trials may disable us, and in a thousand ways we are brought to feel our need of help in providential matters. Your Father in heaven knows your need of daily bread and shelter, and He invites you to cast that care upon Him. The promise has been given to those who are in Christ that all things are yours, not because we demand them, but because being adopted into the divine family through faith in Jesus Christ alone, we are heirs with Him.
Therefore we pray for you, that God in His wisdom and goodness would open a door for honest and sufficient work for your hands, even work that may be done from home if it be His will, and that He would provide a suitable dwelling where your family may live in peace and safety. Yet we pray more earnestly that your home would be a Christian home indeed, for family prayer is the nutriment of family piety. Whether the Lord grants a house in that particular community or provides elsewhere, may He make your house a home where Christ is honored, where prayer is maintained morning and evening, and where all who dwell there seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who art our only stable portion, look in mercy upon this family. Thou knowest their need for work and for a habitation. Provide for them according to Thy gracious providence, give skill and favor in seeking employment, and guide to a dwelling place that is wholesome and safe. Above all, establish them in Christ Jesus, in whom alone is salvation, and let their family be found among the whole family in heaven and earth who are Thine by faith. Keep them from anxious striving, and teach them to trust Thy perfect will, which is wise and unchanging. Grant that whatever Thou appointest, they may have contentment and use all Thou givest to Thy glory. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask it, Amen.

Your request to provide a stable home and good work for your family comes from a place of love and responsibility, and God sees the burden you carry for those entrusted to you.
We join you in bringing these needs before the Lord, asking Him to provide for you according to His wisdom and mercy. We pray that He would open the right door for work that allows you to provide with honesty and diligence, and for housing that gives your family a place of peace and safety, if it is His will. Above all we ask that He would give you contentment, guidance, and trust in Him while you wait, knowing that He cares for every need of His children.
Scripture reminds us to seek first the kingdom of God, trusting that our Father knows what we need. There is a difference between asking God to meet our necessary needs and making provision only for comfort or status. One of the homilies warns not to make provision for the flesh to fulfill its lusts, but to care for what is needed for health and faithful living, and to spend our greater energy on spiritual things. That does not mean it is wrong to desire a good job or a safe home, but it calls us to examine our hearts, to desire these things for the right reasons, to be able to serve our families and neighbors well, and not simply for ease or appearance.
You mentioned a desire for security through a gated community. It is natural to want safety for your family. Yet true security is not finally found in walls, gates, or wealth. As one homily teaches, many think riches bring honor and security, freedom from hunger and harm and contempt, but riches often bring new anxieties, the need to please many people, fear of envy, and restlessness. In contrast, Christ Himself is our pasture and our safety. When we belong to Him, we have a security that no one can take away, for He keeps His sheep within His care and none can thrust them out. A house can shelter the body, but only Christ can keep the soul in perfect safety and peace.
This does not mean we should not work diligently or pray for provision. The farmer sows not only for himself but for many, and the soldier stands so that his city may be secure. In the same way, honest work is a way of loving your family and your community. We encourage you to continue to labor faithfully, to be diligent in seeking work, to be wise and faithful with what God has already given, and to trust Him with what you do not yet have.
So we pray for you now that the Lord would grant you a suitable job that provides for your family with integrity, and a home where you can live in peace and raise your family in the nurture of the Lord. We pray also that whether He grants this exact request or provides in another way, you would know His nearness, that He would guard your heart from anxiety, and that your family would find its deepest security in Him, which remains even when circumstances change. May He give you wisdom to discern His will, strength to do what is before you each day, and a quiet confidence that He who feeds and shepherds His people will not forsake you.
