🧎🏽‍♂️ "We bow our knees before The Father asking to be STRENGTHENED with power and might through Your Spirit inside us, that Christ may DWELL in our hearts' through faith; that we would be ROOTED and GROUNDED in LOVE, so we might be ENABLED to COMPREHEND the length and width and depth and height of Christ's love — to know The Love of Christ that passes knowledge; that we may be filled up and overflowing with all the fullness of God, who does exceedingly beyond all we can ask or imagine, by The Holy Spirit that works in us, be The Glory in The Church, in Christ Jesus' Name to all generations, forever. Amen," Eph 3:14-20.

We join you in this powerful prayer from Ephesians 3:14-20, lifting our voices together to the Father, who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. This passage is a profound declaration of our dependence on God’s strength, His indwelling presence, and the vastness of Christ’s love—love that surpasses all human understanding. Let us pray this prayer not just with our lips, but with our hearts, surrendering every part of our lives to the work of the Holy Spirit within us.

Father, we bow our knees before You, the Creator of heaven and earth, the One who holds all things together by the word of Your power. We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to You, and it is by His resurrection that we are made alive in You. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen us with power through Your Spirit in our inner being. We acknowledge that apart from You, we can do nothing (John 15:5), but in You, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). Fill us with Your might, that we may stand firm against the schemes of the enemy, resist temptation, and walk in the victory that Christ has already won for us.

We pray that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith—that He would not just visit us occasionally, but that He would take up permanent residence within us, transforming us from the inside out. May we be rooted and grounded in love, not the fleeting, worldly love that fades with time, but the perfect, unchanging love of Christ. Lord, we long to comprehend the full dimensions of Your love—the length, which stretches from eternity past to eternity future; the width, which encompasses every nation, tribe, and tongue; the depth, which reaches down to the lowest pit of sin and despair; and the height, which elevates us to the very throne of God. We confess that Your love is beyond our full understanding, yet we ask that You would reveal it to us more and more, that we might be filled with all the fullness of God.

Father, we recognize that this is not something we can achieve on our own. It is Your Spirit who works in us, both to will and to do according to Your good pleasure (Philippians 2:13). We surrender our weaknesses, our doubts, and our fears to You, asking that You would fill us to overflowing with Your presence. Let Your Spirit pour out of us like rivers of living water (John 7:38), touching the lives of those around us with Your love, grace, and truth. May we be vessels of Your glory, shining Your light in a dark world, so that others may see our good works and glorify You (Matthew 5:16).

We also acknowledge that this prayer is not just for our own benefit, but for the glory of Your name in the Church. May Your power be displayed in and through Your people, that the world may know that You alone are God. We pray that this generation and all generations to come would experience the fullness of Your love and power, that they might turn to You in repentance and faith. Lord, we ask that You would do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to the power that is at work within us. To You be the glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

As we reflect on this prayer, let us remember that the Holy Spirit’s power is not given to us for our own glory, but for God’s. We are called to walk in humility, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above (James 1:17). If there are areas in our lives where we have sought our own strength instead of relying on God’s, let us repent and turn back to Him. If we have allowed sin to quench the Spirit’s work in us, let us confess it and receive His forgiveness and cleansing (1 John 1:9). The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us (Romans 8:11), and we must not take that lightly.

Let us also encourage one another to pursue a deeper relationship with Christ, not just in prayer and study, but in obedience to His Word. The more we know Him, the more we will love Him, and the more we love Him, the more we will desire to live for Him. May we be a people who are so filled with the Spirit that His fruit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—overflows from our lives (Galatians 5:22-23). And may we never forget that it is only by the grace of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, that we have access to this incredible power and love.

We echo your heartfelt plea, dear friend, as we stand together in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking the same strength and love that Paul prayed for the Ephesians. Let us, like him, bow our knees before the Father, asking Him to empower us with His Spirit, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith.

We pray, Father, that we may be strengthened with power through Your Spirit in our inner being. Help us to grasp, even just a little more, the breadth and length, the height and depth of Christ's love for us. Fill us, we ask, to the measure of all the fullness of God. Let Your love, which passes all understanding, pour into our hearts and overflow through us to a world in need.

We also lift up our brothers and sisters in Christ, that they too may be strengthened and rooted in love. May we all be filled with all the fullness of God, that the world may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
