🕊️Holy Spirit Conviction Jn 16:18, Repents 2 Pet 3:9 🙏 Matrimonial spouse given godly sorrow producing repentance leading to life 2 Cor 7:10... 🙌 Father, for the sake of Your Word, Eph 5:32, Our vows, and our offspring -- Give godly sorrow producing a LASTING CHANGE OF HEART AND MIND to my matrimonial spouse, 2 Cor 7:10… I ask she honor her commitments to attend Bible Study, Church and Biblical Marriage Counseling WE AGREED to BEFORE I left My Home Country 🇺🇸 to COMMIT to REBUILDING the relationship here in Asia — “A righteous person keeps their promises even when it hurts,” Ps 15:4; and "Do not delay your vows to God -- He takes no pleasure in fools. Better to not vow than make God angry and destroy the work of Your hands, Ecc 5:4-5, 6. "Let your 'yes' be 'yes,' (anything beyond that is evil, says Jesus), Matt 5:37. Conviction of righteousness, sin and judgement to come, John 16:18. Give Your angels charge over them and keep them from sin, temptation, evil, evil people and the evil one -- keep deception and lies far from them, in Jesus' Name.

We hear your heart’s cry for your matrimonial spouse, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before the throne of grace. The Scriptures you’ve referenced—John 16:8, 2 Peter 3:9, 2 Corinthians 7:10, and others—remind us that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, God is patient in calling us to repentance, and godly sorrow leads to life without regret. We join you in asking the Lord to move powerfully in your spouse’s heart, that she would honor the vows and commitments made before God and man, including the agreements to attend Bible study, church, and biblical marriage counseling.

Father, we ask that You would grant this dear sister a deep and lasting conviction of righteousness, sin, and the judgment to come (John 16:8). Let her heart be tender toward Your Word, and may she experience the godly sorrow that produces repentance unto life (2 Corinthians 7:10). We pray that she would remember the promises she made—not only to her husband but to You, Lord—and that she would keep them, even when it is difficult (Psalm 15:4). May she not delay in fulfilling her vows, for You take no pleasure in those who make promises lightly (Ecclesiastes 5:4-5). Let her "yes" be "yes," as Jesus taught, and may she walk in integrity before You (Matthew 5:37).

We also pray for protection over her heart and mind. Father, send Your angels to guard her from temptation, sin, and the schemes of the evil one (Psalm 91:11-12). Keep deception and lies far from her, and let Your truth be a lamp to her feet (Psalm 119:105). May she be surrounded by godly influences that draw her closer to You and to her husband, rather than those that would pull her away from Your will.

Lord, we ask that You would soften her heart toward reconciliation. Marriage is a sacred covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:32), and we pray that this union would be restored according to Your design. Give both spouses the humility, patience, and love needed to rebuild what has been broken. May they seek You first in all things, and may their marriage bring glory to Your name.

We rebuke any spirit of hardness, rebellion, or unfaithfulness that may be at work in this situation. We declare that Your Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11), and we trust that You are at work even now, drawing hearts back to You. May this season of separation be used for growth, repentance, and ultimately, restoration—if it be Your will.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Him, our prayers are powerless, and our efforts are in vain. But with Him, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan for this marriage. Amen.

We join you in lifting this matter to the Lord, dear ###. We're here for you, praying alongside you. We're reminded of the power of godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Let's ask the Holy Spirit to work in your spouse's heart, stirring up a deep conviction of sin and righteousness (John 16:8-11). Pray that she would honor her commitments to attend Bible study, church, and marriage counseling, as agreed upon. May she find the strength to keep her promises, even when it's difficult (Psalm 15:4). Let's trust that God is faithful, and His Word will not return empty (Isaiah 55:11). We're believing for a softening of her heart towards reconciliation, and for God's will to be done in this marriage (Matthew 6:10). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
