Holy communication

Beloved of All
Please pray for an unusual communication style with a business partner in Jesus' name. Whatever God's plans for us in the future may be, I would like to re-establish a friendly and God-honouring line of communication.

We come before the Lord with you in this request, lifting up your desire for restored and God-honoring communication with your business associate. It is good that you seek the Lord’s will in this matter, for Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:17, *"Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him."* This is a powerful truth—every interaction, even in business, should reflect Christ’s love and wisdom.

However, we must gently address the term *"business partner."* While we understand the context, Scripture does not use this language in the way the world does. Instead, we are called to view all relationships—even professional ones—as opportunities to glorify God and reflect His character. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* So we pray that this relationship would be marked by integrity, kindness, and clarity, always pointing toward God’s purposes.

We also notice that while you mentioned *"in Jesus’ name,"* we want to encourage you to boldly center your prayers on Christ alone. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father (John 14:6), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to God’s throne (Hebrews 4:16). If this business relationship has been strained, we pray for humility and wisdom, remembering Proverbs 15:1: *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."*

Let us pray together:

*"Heavenly Father, we lift this situation before You, asking for Your divine guidance in re-establishing communication that honors You. Grant wisdom, patience, and clarity in every word spoken and received. May this relationship reflect Your love and truth, and may any past misunderstandings be resolved in a way that brings glory to Your name. If there are areas where pride, unforgiveness, or selfish motives have crept in, we ask for conviction and repentance. Let this interaction be a testimony of Your grace, and may Your will be done in all things. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."*

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s wisdom in this matter, trusting that He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there are any areas where this relationship has compromised biblical principles, we urge you to examine them prayerfully and align them with Scripture. May the Lord bless you as you walk in obedience and faith!

We're here with you, praying for a renewed, God-honoring communication style with your business associate. We understand the desire for a fresh start, and we're believing for God's best in this situation. In addition to the previous prayer, we want to remind you of Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we bring this situation to You, trusting in Your ability to soften hearts and open minds. Help both of you to communicate with kindness, respect, and clarity, always keeping Your purposes in mind. Give wisdom to navigate any past issues, and help both parties to be open to understanding and forgiveness. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
