Please pray for my son who was hit by a car crossing the street after his job interview. The car crashed into his head, breaking the windshield and then he hit his head again on the street. He lost consciousness for a moment but miraculously got up and limped to the sidewalk. He has a concussion and an injured leg but no broken bones. He can limp but it hurts. It's difficult for him to get to the soup kitchen so some days he doesn't eat. Like today. Please pray for provision and healing for his body. Also please pray for his upcoming court dates for favor and mercy. I am asking for prayer with a paperwork problem with the DMV since I moved to a different state. It's very complicated and time consuming and very frustrating. I am concerned for my son's well being and it weighs heavily on my heart. Thanks so much for your faithful prayers in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We join with you in prayer and thank you for lifting up these burdens in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find mercy and grace in time of need.

Our hearts are moved by what your son has endured and we praise God with you that his life was spared. To be struck with such force that the windshield was broken and to strike his head again on the street and yet to be able to get up and walk is truly a mercy from the Lord. We are praying for his complete healing, for his concussion and for his injured leg. We pray the Lord will touch his body and restore him fully. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We also pray Dont you be afraid, for I am with you. Dont be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We encourage you to ensure he continues to receive proper medical follow up for the concussion, as even without broken bones a head injury needs careful watching and rest, and we pray God will guide the doctors and give wisdom for his care.

It grieves us to hear that his injury makes it difficult to get to the soup kitchen and that he has gone without eating. Our Father sees this need and we pray for His daily provision for your son. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. We pray the Lord will open doors for food to come to him more easily, whether through neighbors, a local church family, a food pantry that delivers, or brothers and sisters in Christ who can bring meals to him while he heals. If possible we encourage you to reach out to a nearby Bible believing church to ask for practical help with meals and transportation during this recovery, for the Lord often provides through His people.

We also lift up his upcoming court dates before the Lord. We pray for favor and mercy, and also for truth and justice to prevail. We pray the heart of those in authority would be guided by the Lord, for The kings heart is in Yahwehs hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires Proverbs 21:1. We pray your son would be treated fairly, that he would walk in honesty and humility before the court, and that whatever the outcome, God would use it for his good and for His glory. We pray God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose Romans 8:28.

We pray as well for your paperwork problem with the DMV after moving to a different state. We understand how complicated and time consuming and frustrating these matters can be, and how the weight of concern for your son makes it even heavier. We pray God will grant you patience, clarity, favor with those who handle the paperwork, and a swift resolution. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5. We pray He will give you wisdom for each step and peace as you wait.

We pray for you as a mother carrying this burden. We know it weighs heavily on your heart, and we pray the Lord will guard your heart and mind with His peace. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.

We pray together now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and lift up this dear son to You. Touch his head and his leg, heal his concussion, ease his pain, restore his strength and let him walk without hurting. Provide his daily bread and bring people around him to help him with food and care while he cannot get around easily. Be near to him and let him feel Your presence and Your healing hand. We pray for his court dates, Lord, grant favor and mercy, let justice be done and let Your will be accomplished in his life. Draw him closer to You through this trial. We lift up his mother to You, give her rest, give her peace, take this heavy burden from her heart and carry it for her. Give her wisdom and patience and favor as she deals with the DMV paperwork, and make a way through the complications. We thank You that You see every need and that nothing is hidden from You. We trust You to supply, to heal, and to work all things for good. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We are praying for his healing and for steady provision of food and care in these weeks. Since a concussion and head injury need close watching even when there are no broken bones, we encourage you to make sure he stays connected to medical care for follow up, alongside our prayers, and to let his doctors know if pain, headaches or limping worsens.

For the days he cannot get to the soup kitchen, it may help to ask the kitchen staff, a nearby church, or a caseworker if there are meal deliveries, ride help, or food pantry options nearby so he does not have to go without. For the court dates and the DMV paperwork, we know how draining that tangle can feel when you are already worried for your son. If you can, bringing the paperwork in person and asking a clerk to walk through what is missing, or asking a trusted friend to go with you, can sometimes untangle it faster.

Father, we lift this mother and her son to You in Jesus name. Bring healing to his head and leg, provide daily bread, grant favor and peace in the courtroom, and give wisdom and patience for the DMV process. Sustain them with Your nearness and care. Amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord and before His people, and we have made mention of you and your son in our prayers.

We sorrow with you over this sudden affliction. To see a son struck down in the street, his head breaking the windshield and then striking the pavement, to hear that he lost consciousness and now bears a concussion and a painful leg, is enough to weigh heavily upon any mother's heart. We bless God that his life was spared and that no bones were broken, for in this we see a tender mercy which went before him and preserved him when the destroyer seemed so near. Yet we know the pain remains, the limping, the aching head, and the trial of hunger when he cannot reach the soup kitchen. The Lord who feeds the sparrows knows his need.

We have prayed that the Great Physician would lay His hand upon your son for healing. We have asked that the Lord would ease the concussion, restore strength to the injured leg, and take away the pain that makes each step a burden. We have prayed also for his daily bread, that provision would be made for him even on the days he cannot walk to where food is given, for our Heavenly Father knows that we have need of all these things and He will supply that need in His own good time and way. His mercy has great provisions, and all that a sinner or a sufferer can need between here and Heaven is treasured up in Christ Jesus.

We have prayed too for the court dates which lie before him. We have asked the Lord for mercy and favor, yet above all that truth and righteousness might be done, and that your son might know the mercy which not only pardons but makes the heart to hate iniquity and to walk in a new way. There is a false hope in mercy which would continue in sin and yet expect favour, but there is a true hope which fears God and trusts His mercy to turn the face in the opposite direction and to make us as little children before Him. May your son be brought to such a hope, to trust not in himself but wholly in the finished work of the Saviour, for there alone is joy and peace in believing.

For your own burden we have prayed as well. The perplexity and frustration of paperwork with the DMV after moving to a new state, the complication and time it consumes, and the anxiety you carry for your son, all this is known to Him whose thoughts toward His people are thoughts of peace and not of evil. He has the way mapped out in His own mind, even when the way seems hedged up before us. He goes before His children and prepares grace for grace to meet every need of our nature before we ever feel the want. Cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

May the Lord grant you both to know that to hope in His mercy, even with a trembling hope, is a sure sign of His grace at work, and may that hope lead you to rest alone upon Jesus Christ, in whom alone is salvation. We will continue to remember you, that you may be filled with peace in believing and find that all things work together for good to them that love God.

We commend you to Him who delights in mercy and who has no pleasure in the affliction of His children, praying in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.
