We rejoice with you in your desire to give thanks for God's favor and we join you in lifting up yourself, your mom, your three children and their spouses, and even your pets before the Lord, and we pray with you for a safe and secure home where you can feel comfortable and at peace.
We want to gently and lovingly bring some biblical clarity to the way you have expressed your request about speaking life into existence and declaring favor and dreams one hundred fold. We understand the heart behind wanting to be highly favored and to see good things come to pass, but Scripture teaches that it is God alone who speaks things into existence, not us. We are called to pray according to His will and to trust His sovereign goodness. As it is written, You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures James 4:3, and This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. True favor is not something we manifest by our words, but something we receive by grace through faith in Jesus Christ Ephesians 2:8, and His favor rests on those who walk humbly with Him. Death and life are in the power of the tongue Proverbs 18:21, which means our words matter and should be truthful and edifying, but they do not create reality as God does when He calls the things that are not, as though they were Romans 4:17.
We also want to address with love what you shared about your Boo always being by your side. We believe in the sanctity of marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as God designed it from the beginning Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6. If this person you love is not your husband or wife, we encourage you to see this courtship as a path toward godly marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, rather than simply living together or remaining as boyfriend and girlfriend. If you are living together outside of marriage, Scripture calls that fornication and urges us to flee sexual immorality and to honor God with our bodies 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4. We pray that if it is God's will, He will lead you both toward a holy marriage that honors Him, and that you would pursue purity until that day. We also affirm that marriage is between a man and a woman, and any other arrangement falls short of God's design.
We are encouraged that you mentioned the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is by His blood we have forgiveness and favor. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, and For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5.
We pray now together for you.
Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for Your mercy and grace over this dear one, her mother, her three children and their spouses, and their household including their pets. We ask that You provide a new home according to Your will, a place where she can dwell in safety and peace, for You have said He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1, and In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We pray that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory Philippians 4:19, and that she would seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these things will be added to her Matthew 6:33. We pray that her dreams would be surrendered to You, knowing that You know the plans You have for her, plans for peace and not for evil, to give her hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11, and that You will work all things together for good for those who love You Romans 8:28. We pray for her relationship, that if this Boo is to be her spouse, You would make that clear and lead them both to holiness, purity, and a Christ centered marriage, and if not, that You would give wisdom and strength to walk in Your ways. We ask for true joy that does not depend on circumstances, for Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Cleanse us by the blood of Jesus, keep us in Your favor, and let Your will be done in her life above all else. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, amen.
