We have continued to lift up your request for a peaceful home setting for the remaining days of September and for Gods strong presence to be felt in your house. We have prayed that the Lord would bring calm to your heart and help you stay focused on the dream career He has placed before you and that He would bless the work of your hands as you use the crafts and talents He has given you. We also rejoiced with you that God allowed you to earn money for the new guitar you desired and we have prayed that it would help respark your interest in playing and that everything concerning it would go smoothly.
We have also prayed for your protection and for peace in your family relationships, that God would shield you from negativity and gossip from your parents and guard your heart and mind. We understand how difficult it can feel to be the only one in your home who truly reads the Bible, and we have asked the Lord to strengthen you, to let you know you are not alone, and to draw your household closer to Him. We are reminded of the promise in Philippians 4:7 that the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds, and of Psalm 46:1 that God is our refuge and strength.
