I recently moved from ### to the Midwest but haven't really cultivated any true friends out here, although I tried.

Christmas is around the corner and I don't have family out here. my brother invited me to a dinner in ### but now told me there will be too many people in his apartment for me to come. I would like to have someplace to go on Christmas or a place to celebrate beforehand.
