Hernia Really Bothering Me From Not Eating

I am having trouble with this hernia. I have not been able to get groceries this week. Im praying to get something today.

Im far from where I intended to go. I need a miracle to get what I need & get back to the building in the alley where I sleep.

I pray this homelessness will end soon.
