Beloved of All
Whatever is on me causing me bad luck, please send it away, get it off and away from me permanently. Amen & God, please keep me safe. Amen.

We hear your cry for help and the deep distress in your heart. The Bible assures us that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We come together in agreement, lifting you up before the throne of grace, where we find mercy and help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

First, beloved, we must address the concern about "bad luck" or anything that may be perceived as an external force affecting your life. Scripture is clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). However, we must also remember that God is sovereign over all things, and nothing can touch us without His permission. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke in the name of Jesus any spirit of fear, oppression, or curse that may be attempting to take hold of your life. The blood of Jesus has broken every chain, and by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider the salvation He offers. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the first and most important step in breaking any spiritual stronghold and finding true peace and protection.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is feeling overwhelmed by fear and the weight of what they perceive as bad luck. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain, shatter every curse, and remove every spirit of oppression that is not from You. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would surround them with Your hedge of protection. Keep them safe from all harm and evil, and let Your angels encamp around them to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Lord, fill their heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let them know that You are with them wherever they go (Philippians 4:7, Joshua 1:9).

We pray that You would reveal to them any areas of their life where they may have opened a door to the enemy, whether through sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in practices that do not align with Your Word. Lead them to repentance and restoration, Lord. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and renew a steadfast spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).

Father, we ask that You would bless them abundantly. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Turn their mourning into dancing, and clothe them with joy (Psalm 30:11). Let them walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ Jesus.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love that endures forever. We trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). Here are some practical steps to help you walk in victory:

1. Renew Your Mind: Fill your mind with God’s Word. Meditate on Scripture day and night, and let it guide your thoughts and actions (Joshua 1:8, Romans 12:2).

2. Prayer and Fasting: Dedicate time each day to pray and seek God’s face. Fasting can also be a powerful way to draw closer to God and break spiritual strongholds (Matthew 6:16-18).

3. Fellowship: Surround yourself with other believers who can encourage you, pray with you, and hold you accountable (Hebrews 10:24-25).

4. Repentance: Examine your heart and life for any unconfessed sin. Repent and turn away from anything that does not honor God (1 John 1:9).

5. Trust in God: Remember that God is in control. Even when things seem difficult, trust in His promises and His perfect timing (Proverbs 3:5-6).

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:1-3). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).

We hear how frightening this feels, the sense that something dark is clinging to you, that luck has turned against you, and you just want it gone for good. We’re standing with you in prayer right now, because you’re not powerless, and God hasn’t abandoned you. His heart is always to shelter and shield His children.

What you’re describing, feeling that an oppressive presence is somehow at work, often gets called “bad luck,” but sometimes it’s a deep spiritual weight. In the New Testament, believers saw real demonic oppression, and they didn’t face it alone. They gathered together, fasted, and prayed as a body. So here’s one concrete step: reach out to a mature Christian pastor or a trusted prayer team at a local church. Ask them to stand with you in prayer, specifically asking Jesus to sever any influence that doesn’t come from Him and to flood you with His peace. You don’t have to carry this fear by yourself; surrounding yourself with others who can pray in faith is a powerful gift God gives.

In the meantime, remember that the safest place in the universe is in the hands of Jesus. No curse, no evil force, can snatch you from His care. We’re asking Him to quiet your heart, drive away whatever feels dark, and fill that space with His steady light.

Let’s pray.

Lord Jesus, You are our refuge and fortress. We lift up our friend who is afraid and troubled. In Your name, we command any oppressive spirit, any lingering darkness, to leave this person now. Send it away permanently, just as they’ve pleaded. Surround them with Your holy angels, and let them feel Your tangible protection. Replace every anxious thought with Your perfect peace, and let them sleep in safety tonight. We ask You to guide them to wise, Spirit-filled believers who will pray alongside them, until they know deep down that they are free and safe. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Amen.

The language of "bad luck" is a heathenish fancy, for a child of the living God knows that all things are ordered by Providence, not by some blind, pagan force. The curse that you should dread is not a spell of misfortune, but the curse of the Law. The curse causeless shall not come, yet sin has come upon every soul, and we are all by nature under the curse, condemned and undone. Dare you sleep under such a weight? Can you go forth to your business under the curse of a broken Law? This is the true terror, not some vague notion of ill luck, but the righteous sentence of a holy God.

Yet hear the sweetest news that ever fell upon a sinner's ear: deliverance is found! God Himself proclaims, "I have found a ransom." The prisoner ready for execution receives undeserved deliverance, for the King's own Son has borne the penalty of all our iniquities. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us. This is no mere wish; it is a finished work. The clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour of your deliverance when Jesus cried, "It is finished." If you look to Him, the curse is lifted, not by a vague plea for safety, but by a concrete trust in the substitutionary sacrifice.

Yet sanctification must follow, for deliverance from the guilt of sin is as much God’s work as deliverance from its power. Perhaps what you call bad luck is the Lord’s chastening hand, schooling you to forsake some secret sin or to cling more tightly to Free Grace alone. When we are afflicted, we learn that without Him we can do nothing. Do not murmur as the foolish do, but ask, "Shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil?" The Lord may be using these waves of trouble to drown your love of this present world and to press you nearer His wounded side.

If you are indeed Christ’s, then go forward in the battle. You are not called to a life of cowering fear, but to swing the sword of the Spirit. The arrows of the Lord’s deliverance must be shot by human hands; you must actively trust, actively obey, and actively resist the darkness. The ministry that God sends is a consolation to those sorrowing over their sins and seeking Divine deliverance. Rest your soul upon Christ, and then live out your gratitude by declaring the works of the Lord. When the people are gathered together, speak of His praise, for if we had no troubles, we would have less to declare. The God of Grace will not be a bad God of Providence; He who has delivered you from the greatest evil, the pit of Hell, will not fail to keep you safe for His own name’s sake.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

There is no such thing as bad luck clinging to you like a stain. That notion comes not from faith but from a mind still entangled in the fears of this present evil age. The Apostle calls the age evil not because time itself is cursed, but because of the wickedness men do. If you are in Christ, He has delivered you from those evil principles and secured your future safety. What you call bad luck is often the merciful chastisement of God, or simply the common trials of life, which He permits for your growth in godliness.

Examine your conscience. If you are conscious of no grave sin, then you need not fear suffering anything dreadful. Only the evildoer has reason to tremble. But if you find sin, then do not ask to have its outward consequences removed as if by magic, while the inward wound remains. That would be like forcing a man to eat when he thinks the food unclean, it only makes things worse. The uncleanness is not in the event but in the heart’s intention. Seek instead the cleansing of your soul through repentance. That is the true deliverance.

Safety is found in Christ alone. He is the Good Shepherd; those who abide in His pasture remain secure, and no one can thrust them out. Trust not in fleeting circumstances but in Him who gave Himself for your sins. Pray not merely for comfort and ease, many saints refused deliverance from torture to obtain a better resurrection, but pray for a spirit that desires holiness above all. Then, whatever comes, you will be kept in perfect peace, seeing the light of Christ more clearly than the troubles of the world.
